I will give this community a 4 out of 10 begin the best. It's alot that can change to make it better. From maintenance to the dog poop everywhere as soon as you walk outside, to never getting to talk to anyone in the office which is always closed and lock I'm guess cause of Covid but all apartments are open now so I don't understand why this is not. To apartment carpet cleaning is so old when I moved in and dirty. As I'm thinking about all this stuff it make me rate this apartment to a 2.

Maintenance service calls are handled efficiently and timely. The service personnel are efficient and courteous. We are happy living in Village On The Parkway. We would like to see more stability in the office personnel. There stay seems to be in most cases short. Thanks

It's disheartening to know that this community doesn't have residents interest at heart. All they are concerned about is prompt payment of Rent. You complain about issues in your apartment are not dealt with until they decide to.

I haven't had any issue so far with Village on the Parkway. The only think I could think of is a security concern. Residents would feel safer if a security car would do rounds at night around the apartment complexes.

Amazing floor plans ? I love my apartment But they use cheap materials that chip over time. Sadly the administration of the property is inefficient, revolving doors of employees, poor customer service offered to tenants ? an obvious lack of care
