Staff is so friendly and always so helpful! Appreciate the girls, and maintenance. They really do care about you! Work orders are smooth and they always follow up to make sure things are working or even if they did get fixed.

The roaches are like nothing I have ever seen before. The kitchen, the bathroom, I even took my sheets off to wash them and there was one on my mattress, right where I lay my head. Pest control doesn’t work, if anything, they bring even more out. In the summer it’s extremely hot in the apartment and in the winter, it’s freezing. The worst living experience of my adult life.

So many issues. The village on the parkway can't keep front desk employees for long. They gave me the apartment with a messed up ac. The carpentry doesn't want to do they're job. I always have something to write off to fix. Ac, doors on the launders kitchen area. The pictures online aren't the true "look" of the apartment. If I was to get accepted in another apartment complex like tuscany lane I would move in an instant because I am sure they are more to their word than village.

Stay away from this company at all cost. They have poor customer service their properties are Aid and falling apart maintenance lies about fixing any problems management is always changing beware the amount of money that you pay to live in this community is definitely not worth it you can go with Camilla properties and have a whole house with better customer service better communication and understanding. This company is money hungry greedy does not care about their tenants or their tenant right. My tenant rights have been violated on so many occasions with multiple properties with this company. They'll probably send me a tacky oh please respond to us we're so sorry that you have these issues please let us know what we can do. I literally have to always voice record and video record any interactions I have with this company and when they're in the wrong they still don't take responsibility when it's brought to them. I have been asking to speak to Gloria about breaking my lease haven't received a call back yet Brianna only tells you what you want to hear and once they get what they want from you they could care less it's a whole scam I'm in the process of filling out forms for the Better Business Bureau as well as speaking to a lawyer to make sure that I can get out of my lease because they have done so many violations to my tenant right as well as had me sign paperwork did not speak on certain issues that may have happened but at this point I'm willing to break it just to cover my behind because it is pertinent information that will be needed in order for me to get out of this horrible contract and Lease. Just don't do it there are too many apartment complex is located in this area you will be sorry you will be upset we don't even have management I've went through six different managers since being here

The rent is listed at $970.00, but there are a bunch of additional fees for things that should be included in the rent. You have to pay an extra $40 if you want to park near your apartment with covered parking. There's a bug problem. I've never seen Pest Control. Frequent incorrect billing.

I'd steer clear of this management company. My car was vandalized a few months after moving into these apartments. $5K to repair. Break ins have been happening nonstop so we now have 24hr security. Wouldn't recommend moving here.

This has been the most terrible lease I have ever signed. No one cares to truly take care of my needs. I still never received my upgraded appliances and I am pissed. I have been here since September and never got my upgraded appliances, my freezer or fridge is infested with roaches because every time I've pumps out, there's roach poop. It has a terrible smell, the paint job was terrible so I had to do my own renovations, and on top of that when I moved in, I have do fridge and no washer for 2 weeks. I tried terminating my lease, but they told me I couldn't when I have all of the legit reasons to be able to terminate my lease. The corporate mistreats me and now they pretty much know who I am so no one seriously cares to take care of my needs. I hate this place.

I moved here from Maryland 8/22, the apartment is old, a lot of things need to be updated, it is very hard to get staff on the phone, i have put in maintenance request that have not been done, just waiting until my lease is up to move out.

Neighbors are friendly. Our building is mostly quiet except for the families who have children that play in the breezeway areas. Maintenance requests are usually handled promptly, although there are a few exceptions where I have had to make a follow up call. I downsized from a 2-bedroom 2-bath and I love my one bedroom apartment.

Since day 1, the apartment has a non-working dishwasher. Two maintenance tickets were requested and ignored by the management. It's been 7 months that I have been washing dishes by hand. I explained the issue to the management team which their response was because the list of apartments waiting for a dishwasher was long and due to the supply constraints, dishwashers weren't available. This was 6 months ago.
