The apartment leasing manager Gwendolyn was extremely helpful and amazing to work with. I love the newly renovated apartments everything is so fresh and new. The main reason why I love this complex is the feeling of being safe. As a female that lives alone, safety should be a big concern and a priority. The property is very well lit, there is plenty of parking, The property is very quiet and overall these things put my mind to rest where safety and security is concerned. That's one thing that you cannot put a price tag on!!! Kudos

I went into the office with a friend that was looking for a place for her and her 4 kids but she needed a 3 bed room butThe office staff was really sweet and careing made use feel like we was right at home and the office was very clean I would really recommend this apartments to any one

This is a small community. The grounds are always well kept .. anything that needs repairing gets repaired very quickly. The manager of the complex is awesome! Very friendly and professional. I love living here .. peaceful!

I moved into avistar following a rough patch in my life, and the staff made my welcome to the community easy and wonderful! The property is well kept (and being improved!) and I absolutely adore the office staff!! The maintenance team is incredibly efficient and wonderful to work with. I definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking to join an affordable and nice place to live. :)

I love the choice i made in moving here! The office management team here is very professional and nice! They made me feel like i was at home before i even moved in! And i think that is a very important thing when moving into an apartment. You want to feel welcomed, and thats what they did! They have a great maintenance staff as well. I would most definitely recommend wilcrest at avistar to anybody!

It's a nice quiet community-based set of apts with little to no DRAMA. You can stay out on your balcony without trouble. Management keeps you well informed about what's going on, on the property. Maintenance is really good about fixing what's broken.

Avoid! Poorly maintained....where do I start? There was a fire at the main office in December lit by a tenant who was evicted. Construction to repair office still not started. We have no mailboxes because of the fire.main office,laundry room an mailboxes all fenced off. We have had three office managers in a years time. Main entrance gate stuck open for months, exit gate chained closed.poor foundation on grounds.If it rains the property floods. Kitchen and bathroom drains smell like sewage.Ceilings leak when it rains. Mold in AC vents.the pool has been closed for a year. Its usually geen and dirty.manager tried to speak down to me until I let her know that I wont cower in a corner just because she wants to be short. I understand she has a job to do and a budget and a boss but the conditions are disgusting here. The people who live here are not that bad. Its fairly quiet. Some of us just dont have the money to move around all the time. If I owned this property I would fire my managers for letting it get this bad. Please do not live here.

Do not move here they have change personal so many time and have charge people water like crazy 200 water cahrges, the maitenace men is the house keeper, portal and every thing they are patios full of trash, bldgs with bed bugs , lots of nats, pool is green, door get kick on a regular day to day, lots of windows broken, they dont replace carpet or shampoo it, the leasing office was burn by a men that use to live here, they file evictions on people for no reason, there is no mail boxes because they are in the burn area, they are people that sale drugs, they have a big chain on the exit, and they are people from the street that go in the vacant units to sleeP in,APT with mold, many doors dont have locks and the worst part of all the company never has money for nothing not even to buy pool supplies or maitenance supplies!!!!!!!!!! The last person that words here was a -------- girl that had to put quite because of all the conditions they had her working in was a nice lady but we all wanted her to stay but the comp. I'm 7 1/2 months pregnant and my door just got busted down and I was robbed for everything. The door looked as if it had been broken in before I even moved in. There's one manager and one maintanence man in the entire complex and he never actually fixes anything. Hence probably why my door was so easily broken into. No security there's hoodlums hanging around my car in the parkinglot all the time from the aparments across the street. These apatments are VERY poorly maintained. I can feel the metro busses shake my apartment at night when they drive by so the foundation of the apartments can't be good you can tell that by the cracks in the walls that have been covored up. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!
