Roaches. Keeping things clean and using store bought pest controls don't keep the bugs away. It seems like when the renovations to the apts were done they used cheap particle board instead of solid wood and the roaches live in the boards. The apartment complex says they spry for bugs but I have only noticed it once while living here for almost two years. Disappointing given all the other positives about the apartments.

Great move in process. Jessica and Michelle were very nice and hospitable and made the decision that much easier. They did not hesitate to answer and questions we had. They made sure as new movers we were comfortable with our decision to move and hasd no bias whether we were interested or not. They both were honest and very helpful.

If i had to use one word to sum up my experience, it would be absolute filth, rotten garbage in the breezeway, cigarette butts by literally the hundreds in some spots. This has been complained about on numerous occasions, yet continues and never gets cleaned up. The pictures provided are what I have to walk by on a daily basis to exit and enter my apartment. Pictures are provided. I have requested this be cleaned up on too many occasions and time given to clean this up.

Super thankful with Arium since day one. Thanks to you I can peaceful call HOME!! This is all I need it. Beautiful community and environment. I received help with Michelle and she is the best making sure all my needs were taking care. Nothing else to say than thank you Arium.

Let me start by saying that I'm so thankful for these apartments!!! The staff including Michelle and Emily I've been nothing but amazing to me!! They have been completely understanding!! I feel safe there and my boys love it . We love the aruim!

This is a great community to live, it is near to many of your dining, entertainment, and shopping places. The customer service from the leasing staff is awesome. I have renewed my lease because it is a great place.

Clean, quiet, spacious. Great management team. Nice facilities. Smooth move-in procedures. No pests. Valet trash. Large balcony. I feel safe and happy here. Washer/dryer included. Convenient location. Would recommend.

Just moved in! Went smoothly! Office staff was very helpful getting everything planned and ready to go before I arrived from another state. The property is very well kept and everyone I've met so far is very nice.

My fianc? and I just moved in a week and a half ago and we absolutely love it. The apartment was clean an ready to go. We were able to immediately move in after approval. The neighbors are nice and this community is very pet friendly. The floor plan is absolutely gorgeous and I love my hard wood floors. The office staff ( Emily ) answered all questions and made our registration/ move in experience memorable and easy. I recommend ARIUM Crossroads to anyone looking for a HOME!

I really have nothing but positive things to say about this complex. The staff in the office, the maintenance staff are always very friendly. I have recommended this property to other friends but, it was too far from their employment.
