I have been a current resident for 2 years and my experience has been great. So far, no complaints and the manager, Liz, has always assisted me. The maintenance man , Cedrick, works hard to make my home just right.

This is not the place the live. Everyone on this staff should be fired. Everyone I know in this community is infested with roaches. They will give you the runaround about everything . They don't care about your needs, concerns, safety, or family. My AC has been broken for over a period of 2 of the three years I lived here. They have no consistency with the staff. They lie about completing maintenance request, then the management have the audacity to tell you they have no control of their maintenance crew. Constant vandalism and break in throughout the complex. At this point Im definitely moving. Do not consider moving here. The worst mistake I've made in my 36 Years of being on this planet. There is nothing luxurious about this ---- hole apartment.

Worst place to live at very discriminatory agains -------- community the office staff and corporate also..lies all the time since the beginning .. they started to ask about my imgrations stattus and also even asked me why i dont have a ssc.. i pay my rent on time every month... i cant wait to move out.

Aurora Place is clean, quiet and beautiful. The office staff is friendly. I really love the floor plans and the location. The grounds are well kept. When the manager took me on a tour of the property, she was very professional and knowledgeable of the property.

I love this community because its very quiet. And no one bothers you. I have been there one year and looking to renew my lease. I live on the first floor and I do not hear the people over me or next door! I love Miss Mattie and her staff including maintenance. They all speak and are very cordial.

I do not recommend living here. I had issues with roaches after a neighbor moved, water leaking into carpet from A/C, and the property is very old and not well maintained. There were a few fires that resulted in loss of buildings as well as a murder. Years after moving out, I took a hit to my credit report for move out fees that were actually paid. Thank God I was able to produce a copy of the canceled check to the credit bureau because the leasing office incorrectly verified these as a valid bill due each time I tried to dispute these with the credit bureau. The leasing office never returned my call in regards to my inquiry about this bill. Save yourself the headache, it's not worth the $$.

We enjoyed our stay at Aurora Place but it was time to move on I miss all the staff our family love each and everyone of You Mattie you are a sweet lady and now my friend ! Jose and paublo I can't Thank You enough yall were always there for me.Roberto ive known You a short time Thank you for coming aboard, To pick up the peices and help paublo the maintenance team are fabulous!! I will come to visit Aurora Place and Vantage Point ? my 2nd family also Kayze sorry I missed You today at Vantage Point Thank You for being my leasing agent and Mrs.Mattie my Manager. They installed a new water heater in my unit right away and it has been working great! They office staff is very professional! These are the cleanest apartments I have stayed at! You don't have to worry about bugs or anything like that here. They were also very skilled with how well they fixed my door, I was very impressed!

I have only been in my apartments a few months and I am displease. Although I do feel safe in this neighborhood there are some things that bother me about living here. First when I was moving in my apartment supposedly wasn't ready the bathtub was nasty with a bad rust stain. The manager at the time Dion had got the crew to do my tub over but only thing they really did was cover it up with a layer of paint in my opinion. Although the grounds are kept beautiful I am so sick of seeing stray cats walking around. These cats are bold by the way they don't run away and hide when they see you they stare you up and down until you walk past them. Also, the dumpsters get overfilled and I find this very disgusting for such a small community. This is really unacceptable in my eyes. I can't believe how NASTY some people can be. Although I was okay with accepting thr uncleanliness of the outside what really did it for me is seeing roaches in my apartment. I have yet to put any furniture in my apartment and also I keep a clean apartment yet I see roaches crawling in my kitchen, in my bathroom and now they are in random places. I can no longer accept this. This is VERY disgusting. I have asked them to spray the apartment and they said they did but i honestly feel like it was a crappy job being done! I also realize maybe the roaches are coming from a nasty neighbor., Out of all the apartments I have lived in I have never had to deal with a "roach problem" I am really considering breaking my lease and moving somewhere else because I can not have my kids in a home infested with roaches then they charge you for pest control yet you still have a pest problem I am over it!
