De verdad que disfrute mucho la estancia en estos apartamentos, lamentablemente nos tuvimos que mudar pero sin embargo los recomiendo 100%. Allyn Oviedo es una gran persona siempre nos ayudo y tuvo mucha paciencia. Las amenidades son hermosas y las puedes disfrutar con tu familia. Gracias!

I lived here for one year and it was an amazing experience, a lot of amenities, pools and gyms are taken care of, maintenance staff always solved requests immediately, office staff is always nice and kind, thank you to Allyn who helped us move in, she made all the process quick and easy, and everytime we needed help with something she would help us right away.

The crime is rampant. Multiple times a night I hear sirens and on holidays and weeknights, gunshots. They allow pitbulls and dangerous dogs. There are weekly car break-ins even though there are 3 patrol cars. They only respond to the nicer phase and that's only if you beg. It's old and dirty. I have black mold and they won't come to fix it unless my shower is bone dry. This is Houston!! Do NOT move here. Since Morgan Group took over it's become a dangerous place to live.

5 Stars this place is amazing the pools are always clean landscaping is kept nice. They make sure people pick up there dog poop. If you put in a maintenance request someone shows up right away. The office personnel is always friendly.

Staying at Trails at Rock Creek is one of the best experiences I have ever had! I've lived here for more than 15 years and absolutely love it! Starting with excellent customer service and the best amenities you could imagine. Laura and Anna have always been able to answer all my questions and my experience living here has been first class. I highly recommend Trails and the friendly staff!

Awesome experience with the friendly staff. Laura and Jackie were especially helpful and personable. Laura definitely made my experience very memorable. They had no problem answering any question I had before or after moving in. Would definitely recommend. The complex has a great range of floor plan variety.

Wonderful place to live with outstanding amenities. The staff is friendly, compatible, professional, and easy to communicate with. If you're seeking a new place to live on the NW side of Houston, make sure you take a look at the Trails of Rock Creek!!

I have lived here for a year and I absolutely love it here. The community is safe and quiet. All the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Ask for Jackie or Laura they are the best and will take care of you.

I love my new place at Trails at Rock Creek. Right from the start Laura helped me pick the perfect floor plan and location. Everyone has been so helpful during my transition from my house to the apt. and made this a lovely experience. This property is beautiful and has the true feel of resort life. I am excited for my new chapter and my new home and the wonderful location that I picked - the people here are amazing!!!

I stayed here for about 2.5 years and never had any major problems at all. Most of the staff is very friendly and helpful with one or two people being a little lazy. With the apartment itself, I never had any issues the first year I lived there. After that, I had some small things like a drawer getting harder to use and my microwave broke. I rented a washer and dryer and had to replace them one because of a fluid staining my clothes and the dryer squeaking nonstop. All the problems I had were addressed within a few days and I never got any kind of attitude from the staff when I made maintenance requests. When I moved out, the process was smooth and easy. I got my full deposit back and was genuinely surprised because I assumed they would nit pick it down but they didn't. I only moved out because I bought a house, but I wouldn't have minded to continue living there.
