Good staff assisted me. I am impressed with front desk Skylar's customer service skills. (I hope spelled him correctly). He noted my issue and submitted my request to maintenance without me being too involved in the issue. Mantainence staff was prompt fixing the issue. Good job and good staff!

I really enjoy living at the Mandalay Shadow Lakes Apartments, first for the sense of peace I feel everytime I come back home and when I am home, second, for the safety in the Community. When you feel safe where you are, the peace of mind provides for moments worth living. Mandalay is a great place to live.

This is a pleasant community and the staff very friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff is courteous, the service is prompt, and they are ready to provide solutions to resolve any issues. I really enjoy this apartment unit the only thing I dislike is the carpet. I wish the unit had laminated floors instead.

The community is wonderful. The.maintenance team is excellet, friendly. and very responsive when submitting a ticket, they jump on it asap. The rental office employees are very patient and very responsive as well.

Awesome and very quiet Community. Employees are friendly and accommodating. Beautiful pool and excellent gym with bikes not seen often. So far I love this community. Not planning on leaving any time soon.
