Anytime I have issue with anything within my apartment the management company here at Mandalay resolves them within a timely manner. If it can not be resolved they reach out to me and let me know the expected time that it should be resolved.

Living here has been the best experience I’ve had so far since moving in. I’ve never had any issues with my neighbors, they are all pretty much nice and friendly to speak with. Management and maintenance teams are very friendly and always willing to help. I’m glad we moved here.

It has been a great and warm experience to be here, the location, the people, the property's work group, everything has been very good. The work and professionalism of those who lead the property gives great confidence to share this experience

Welcoming community, staff and management top notch very professional. One minor issue with gate problems, maintenance very efficient. Would like to have newer appliances. Complex is very well maintanied.

All the experiences I have had in this community have been excellent. So I can recommend this apartment complex to friends and family. Additionally, I like this community so I hope to be living here longer.

I actually ended up signing a lease at these apartments on accident. However, it's been a very pleasant surprise because there is ample space for storage and I love my Island. Pests are a non-issue here and it is definitely pet friendly. Also, I love each one of the staff. They are so helpful and they really do go over there usual duties.

Very happy living here..going for 5th year.. not planning on moving...place is nice.. maintenance people are efficient...Office personnel are nice and friendly....Only concern..the APPLIANCES KITCHEN Fridge is old...Stove is Older than my Grandparents over 85 yra old... those appliances are old ready for retirement plan or museum...
