This place is low staff. As of right now our air isnt working. Ive told them many times i smelt something burning. They said nothing was wrong. There isnt enough parking for the residents. Through traffic is really loud. Had a branch fall on my windshield and they didnt wanna cover it. So we had to. The tree is still loosing branches. I could go on and on. We were told we would have washer and dryer hook up by the end of this year. Still nothing.

Management horrible and rude, few rude neighbor's, complex looks trashy has gone down hill lied about getting deposit back and pet deposit. Multiple break ins to apartments and cars.

I recently moved out as the rent went up almost $100 a month due to the management changed several months ago. The new managers are terrible. Several years ago things were not so good here but previous managers worked together and made it a great community. New managers made it very clear children are not welcome at this property,are very rude and dis-respectful. I still visit friends there and have noticed empty apartments, not seen that in years. Steer clear until new owners or managers take over.

This place is the biggest joke. ----------------- the previous managers were fired for embezzlement. The new managers are no better help with anything. We have complained about repairs, neighbors, loud kids till midnight and nothing is done. Lease claims no illegal drugs or activity yet when you report it the office says call the police and the police say call the office. DO NOT MOVE HERE

I am a previous resident in Morningside Green apartments managed by Productive Property Management, after finding a new apartment and finishing my lease with them (with proper notice) and living there for 3 years I was charged $803.29 for carpet replacement. The carpet was not damaged, rather it was dirty and worn after living there for 3 years I would say thats normal wear and tear. My entire deposit was taken and then I received a letter that I need to pay additional $245.65 which I paid even though I should not have to, otherwise the business would send the bill to collectors and report it to the credit bureau. Also when I went there to pay the fee the business did not have its Business License on display and they could not provide it upon request, I was only given a corporate number and address.

I move to these apartments back in 2010 , there was some minor issues with neighbors being loud or fights but nothing mayor on that side the place is not that big so there is no really much activity going on . I did had my tired slice once and my truck broken into twice ,they didn't still much but just the fact that it happened was not cool at all.The last year living there i had the worse time , roaches , rats you name it .It was so disgusting .Management just gave some traps and send me back home right after I complaint about the issue . I could hear the rats thru the walls and under the dishwasher , cooking in that kitchen became a nightmare . Management didn't seem to care as much for those animals . I had to get me a Cat to solve the issue meanwhile while my lease was up I was still living there .My cat catch about 10 mice during the last months i was living there. I don't recommend the place to live simply because i can't do roaches or rats !

I have lived in these apartments for over a year now. I originally had troubles with my downstairs neighbors - the staff got me into a downstairs unit ASAP. My neighbors are very nice - we look out for each other. The pool is rarely closed, and is clean. My two boys love it. The valet trash service is awesome! I've had the occasional roach, as does everyone but the office keeps up with the pest control and sprays. The appliances in my new apt are a little outdated but they work! The maintenance has always been out as soon as possible and fix everything needed - same day! We are looking to renew our lease into a 2 bedroom apartment. The staff in the office is really nice! Its my first apartment and I would recommend. Small community at affordable price. I don't want to jinx anything but it has been pretty safe so far! :D

After living here for a while, I must say that this place is a slum. At night there are people that roam the parking lots, office staff is lazy. They do not care because they do not live there. Stay away.

I have lived here at Morningside Green for the past 4 years, and I absolutely love it. The office staff is very professional, and they know how to take care of their residents. The maintenance is phenomenal, always taking care of my service requests when I put them in, and in a timely manner at that. The apartments for the price are great, and they just started putting in new sink, and light fixtures in. Overall, I feel very comfortable living here, and I don't see myself going anywhere for a while. Also, the valet trash service is amazing. Although I live close to the waste area,(and take my own trash) it is nice to see when I get home on trash pick up day's that there is not any trash outside. The property is clean, and well lit at night. I recommend this community for those on a budget, and wanting to find a great place to live!

My car has been keyed on numerous occasions...The parking is horrible. The apartments have bugs and also they are poorly kept up. You hear every thing thats going on around you. You have neighbors that are loud and have people constanlty opening and slamming doors. I do not feel safe at all. I would not stay here alone if my husband was going out of town. ITS JUST PLAIN HORRIBLE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
