The process was so smooth & fast and the communication is outstanding, I applied one day & was approved within a matter of 2 days. The pictures are beautiful; I can’t wait to become apart of this community, I love it already.

This place is very overpriced for what it is. They apartments are outdated. There is a roach infestation, there are Rats in this place, there are thieves that rob vehicles in the place often. The Mailboxes are often broken into and mail is stolen. They have gone through numerous Leasing office personnel in a few years. They are deceptive when it comes to your security deposit. Even after thoroughly cleaning the apartment they wont give you security deposit back so don't count on it unless you take them to court. One of the maintenance individuals is a perverted drunk make sure if you have any pictures of women or your wife in your home when he comes in to hide them or he will drool over them. They promise to have security on the premises with cameras but never follow through. Cars ram the rear gate and front gate on a consistent basis to get into the gate to open and break it on a consistent basis. There are potheads and the smell of pot always on the premise. Law enforcement is slow to respond. There are many negative don't move here !

Nice and honest staff. Moving in was very simple. No hidden charges. Staff was great. The only complaint i can say so far is the housekeeping for move in was not so good. The apt is nice. Perfect for our sitiation

My experiences on the weekend was really horrible the leasing agent was on the cell phone when I arrive and did not knowledge me. I ask for a price for 1x1 and she get me attitude, the apartment she took me has small roaches and smell bad.

I moved in June 1st! I love this property and so does fluff puppers! Every maintenance request needed. They come out quickly and fix my issues. I don't have to keep fluff pup in her kennel for days at a time like I had to at my previous apartments. Which is why I left. Ms. Lupita in the office is so sweet. She leased me my apartment. She was very nice and considerate of my concerns. I am sure I asked her a ton of questions. But she was very patient with me. I took fluff pup with me to inquire about the apartment. And she pulled pupper treats out of her desk. (That's what I call them) Fluff pup was instantly in love. That is one of the reasons I leased. I never had a manager treat my baby like her own. She was very caring for her. When we see each other in the morning she always says good morning and have a great day as I am leaving and asks me about Fluff Pup. If you can't tell MY FLUFF ?? PUP IS LIFE! ???? I've never had any issues living here. As long as I park correctly, I won't get towed. Work orders completed quickly. The maintenance guys are great. The ladies in the office are awesome. Fluff puppers and I love it here. #fluffpupapproved ???? #woofwoof #fluffpupsmommydontbejealous

There is a ----------------- --- ------ that slithers around and causes problems on her ---------- giving people ugly looks and rudeness to any residents , disrespectful , improper ugliness to any residents !!!!! My car got towed because the tow truck driver said ------------------------------------- and paid him $ 50 bucks !!!!! Run Run if you come here !!! The maintenance people are NOT EVEN CERTIFIED FOR ANYTHING AT ALL AND DO NOT EVEN HAVE THE CORRECT KNOW HOW TO FIX ANYTHING !!!!! One is a DRUNK AND ---------------------------- AND THE OTHER HE CALLS HIMSELF ---- BUT HIS REAL NAME IS ---- !!!!!!!

This place is a pile of a left over ses pool of DYAHARIA in the office and in the pool !!! The ---------- that work the office now are not only liars and ------------- , wanna be scammers !!!! If you see this place RUN SOMEWHERE ELSE FAR AWAY !!!!!! They will lie lie lie !!!!! YOU MUST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !!!!! The last ---- that ran the place ----------------------------- aswell and the last management was DRUNK ----- !!!!!! And the maintenance has always been a couple of UNCERTIFIED IDIOTS AND STILL IS !!!!! Maintenance does not even talk ENGLISH OR UNDERSTAND WTF !!!!!! The apts are infested with plenty of MOLD !!!! And the a/c is that for after crap .....

Spend your money elsewhere. Rent is equivalent to other properties in the area except these apartments are smaller and offer ZERO amenities. The tennis court still doesnt have a net 4 years later. They are consistently changing staff and rules and do not notify residents. All of a sudden it's "we don't do that anymore." You wont get notified when you have packages, you aren't allowed cable unless it's a specific one and they charge random fees. I was suddenly getting emails I had a balance. When I called to find out why it was "oh we haven't been charging you correct for the last 4 years! but the typed up piece of paper from the office that doesn't explain what the fee is for is all we are giving you." Then they acted like they were doing me a favor by not making me pay back their mistakes. I called the office before I had my satellite installed to make sure it was okay. The staff told me it was okay for me to have one as long as it wasn't attached to the building. I confirmed it was okay for it to be on my patio railing. The day after I signed a 2 year contract and had it installed, the leasing office called to tell me I wasn't allowed to have it. What?! Then they said if I paid them $200 I could keep it. They are crooks and scam artists. Since I wouldn't pay them the money, they told me they were going to remove it themselves. My neighbors have a satellite and it's not a problem but mine is? Certain residents are allowed to abide by different rules. The washing machines are locked at a certain time so people who work late are out of luck. Office staff is rude and unaccomadating. One staff says one thing, another says something different. Maintence is less than stellar. I was promised upgrades for over a year but everytime I asked I was told another excuse. I would consider these the bottom of the barrel apartments for this area. Thankfully I only have 3 months left!
