if you know whats best for you dont move here this place sucks everything is always falling apart and sylvia is evil.yes the pool is clean but only the 1st day after they clean it.sylvia is an inapropritae drunk.she spends her time off partying and drinking. we have had drive by's and cars on fine non stop cops here and drugies offering kids drugs this place is NOT SAFE

I hope nothing goes wrong and I am able to find something when my lease is up. I am going to be honest and warn people about this place. Make sure your car insurance never laps, if you do not have full coverage insurance it's a must. It will also be wise to invest in "the club" neighborhood seems nice but cars always come up missing or bash windows; signs of vehicle break ins. Majority of tenants are nice but you have your few that like to breathe on your space. Washer and Dryer hook-ups are in your storage, drying cloths is ridiculous in the humidity, hours to dry. Insulation is thin you can hear everything that goes on and noisy; you have your occasion rude neighbors that just want to irritate you,or have no respect for others. Office personnel can do a better job or follow their own rules, it's annoying how there petty about some things but refuse to look at the whole picture. If all possible, just look elsewhere; presently, they still have major issues to fix. Without being rude or over judgemental, I only wish I would have been warned before I signed a lease.

Rude management. Poor maintenance and apartments are entered without leasors knowledge. Not a bad deal pricewise but with the recent suspicious burglaries and other maintenance issues, I would recommend that you look elsewhere. Use an apartment locator and question people that live in the complex about service and maintenance. I would definately stay away from this complex just bad overall.

Recent burglaries have occurred. Maintenance is very slow to response and there is a very dubios element that exist at this complex. Your money is better spent elsewhere. I truly advise people to stay clear of this complex.
