Apartment went down hill completely , my apartment 2206 was infested with tons of roaches , paint splatter everywhere, patio filthy , kitchen was disgusting, not move in ready Maria is a disgrace . Theirs no set manager to the property. It’s all over the place paid 3k to move in just to be greeted with families of roaches .

Over population of dogs that use area around the patio with owner and no removal. Quality bags are provided. Per management nothing can be done after proof. Total declaiming and whining about what to do. Due to pandemic will not move.

I love this community because of the amenities available 24 hours a day. I am currently retired and the anytime access to the fitness center is very valuable to me. My apartment location is very satisfying to me. I believe that I have some reasonable neighbors. I'm so excited to be taking on this new journey with Carrington Park at Gulf Pointe Apartments.

Staff very unfriendly. Customer service is horrible, I had to convince office staff to show me an apartment after I was asked to come back another time. The lady who took me on the tour stomped the whole way and walked extremely fast, not showing any amenities or anything. I felt very unwanted and like a was a bother. I was coming in with the intentions on renting the same day, the apartment I wanted was available but I'm not willing to sign a contract to deal with this staff EVER!

My family and I have been here since the 1st of this month. We had to sell our washer and dryer because they didn't want to move theirs out but the washer here does not work. The guest bathroom sink is draining slowly when you wash your hands or use it at all the water is backing up which is disgusting. The mailbox key does not work and the mail box is broken. Also I have a special needs daughter and the tenants under me will bot stop banging on the floor. I have called the office numerous of time and their response is they can not tell when maintenance will be by here to fixed requests. Worse move ever!

I moved here in April and have not once regretted it. The staff here are super nice, professional and always willing to help out. The apartments themselves are really nice and community amenities kept clean and functional (pool, fitness center, etc). In my previous apartments, I could hear every footstep of my neighbors above and felt like I had to tiptoe to keep from bothering those under me but not here! These apartments are quite solid and it is extremely rare that I hear anything from the neighbors. I really have no complaints and plan to stay here far into the foreseeable future! I'd absolutely recommend this place to anyone.

I am a current resident at Carrington Park and I must say the staff and maintenance are awesome! All of my requests are completed in a timely manner and the staff is always happy to greet me when I walk in to get my packages or ask questions. I started using the gym recently and I am very satisfied with the cleanliness of the equipment and I've also seen residents wiping down the equipment after use which is great. I have no noise complaints and all of my neighbors seem very nice and quiet. Overall my experience has been pleasant and I can honestly say I am enjoying my lease.

I am going to give an honest review despite my feelings about how things are handled with management. I will start with the Pros 1st. When I first moved in things were great the manager was Brandon and he was friendly, fair and always available to speak to residents. Ever since Shauna came things have changed a lot. Pros: 1)The complex is very quiet 2)The apartments are nice but be ready to pay more than a house mortgage. 3) The maintenance man Jorge is amazing! He always waves at residents upon passing, and you cant help but to smile and wave back. He also leaves notes after tending to a maintenance issue and ends them with something positive such as have a nice day etc. Cons: 1) When Harvey came I had mold growing in my entry doorway for almost two months before anything was done about it. I made numerous calls regarding the issue. I was told by a different girl in the office that she would send someone to clean it and that didn't happen. It wasn't for a long time after smelling the funk as you walk in the door that something was done about it. The door still doesn't shut right and the wood at the top of the frame is expanded from the water damage. 2) Communication is non existent and forget verbal promises or call backs from anyone in the office especially the manager you might as well forget. I cant tell you how many times I have been told I would get an email or follow up and never heard anything. 3) I have been told by TWO people now about what my prorated rental rate will be upon move out and the manager told me she would honor what I was told and call me back. I never got that call back. I finally called myself last week I was told she had a family emergency and a message would be left for her and I would get a call back the following day. No call back. TODAY I spoke to Andrew who ALSO told me my rent upon move out would be prorated at my monthly rate of 1400.00 for the month. He said it would not be the MONTH TO MONTH rate which is close to 2k. After 30 minutes of being on the phone he comes back on the line to tell me that I will owe 1467 dollars as my PRO RATED move out which is clearly higher than what I pay monthly. Never did the manager email me, call me back, honor what her employees say. And I had not ONE but TWO guys in the office assure me of the same thing! They definitely aren't on the same page. I was also told by the new girl in the office that she would email me move out tips which I never received either. Surprising? NOT! GUESS WHAT THOUGH? I HAVE AN APP THAT RECORDS ALL MY PHONE CALLS and will be sending it to corporate! Thank you ACR (New residents download this before calling the office). 4) The trash is a huge issue, there isn't enough space in the compactor that it is constantly piled up outside so it's not the residents fault. 5) Out weigh your pros and conns before making a decision to live here and definitely don't expect the manager to ever respond, follow up, or be held accountable for the things she verbally tells you from her own mouth. Honesty, trust and communication are everything when you are signing a lease and making a commitment to stay somewhere. 6) Oh and the security that was hired when Shauna became manager was a joke, they stuck tow stickers on windows for expired registration tags that you couldn't peel off without having all the white residue plastered to the window and it was only a statement she was trying to make because that service lasted a few weeks. 7) Overall dissatisfied and unhappy. 8) I have every single one of the calls recorded. The initial call, The manager lying to me and Andrews call from today I will be forwarding It all to Corporate.

DO NOT EVEN LOOK AT THIS PLACE WHEN TRYING TO FIND A POACE TO LIVE IT WILL BE HELL IF YOU MOVE TO THESE APARTMENTS!!!! We have lived here for 6 months and they have been the worst couple of things First maintenance forget about we did the move in check list and we noted the kitchen counters had extreme water damage to when you cannot put anything on top without it spilling over till this day sic months later they still have not fixed them we have done over 8 maintenance request for the counters online and gone into the office 5 times and the next day the status is completed and no one even came to assess the problem or even looked at them, it took them 5 request for then to come and fix the bath tub our AC went out during the summer and we called the emergency number and no one contacted me until 2pm the following day, second with Harvey storm we had a roof leak we reported it 3 different times and it kept getting worse every time it rained after we are still currently unable to use that room because emy kids got sick from the mold that was left today they "fixed it" exactly a month later, but all they did was paint over it that does not get rid of mold my kids get sick Everytime they go into their room having a two bedroom apartment my kids are sleeping in the living room flood, we also reported bees getting into one of the bathrooms and they never did anything about it the bees nest is still outside our apartment.. Everytime you call the office to complain their is never a manager around they are always busy on the phone or not their when you go into the office they just brush you off!!!.. Second the trash in front is ridiculous am talking humongous piles of trash always out on any given day when ibsay always I mean always for two weeks in a row I took pictures of the trash every morning and every morning was a huge pile am talking about bigger than the size of a truck!! Third the pool and gym its like a YMCA Alway full of people who don't even live here smoking weed even with kids there no control or security.. These are suppose to be "Luxury apartments" don't get fooled their is nothing Luxurious about these apartments extremely horrible management and maintenance as much as it cost to live here you would think you would be comfortable but it's like if we live at Willow Creek!!! Six months into this lease and I can honestly say it has been the worst thing ever especially for the safety and health of my kids and if you don't believe me msg me and I will gladly show you all of the pictures!!! IF YOU MOVE HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT INSTANTLY!!!!!
