Living at Montelago Apartments has been a deeply disappointing experience, and I feel it's important to caution anyone considering moving here. My primary concern is the lack of responsiveness from management when addressing safety issues and enforcing community guidelines. After living here for over a year and a half, it's become clear that tenant concerns are repeatedly dismissed by both the local management team and Toby at the corporate office. When I raised legitimate safety concerns with Janae, the office manager, my concerns went largely ignored. I even installed security cameras for my own peace of mind -- something that should never be necessary in a well-managed community. Despite providing management with documentation, including police reports and written evidence of threats, I received no meaningful action or acknowledgment. The referral program also feels misleading. I followed all required steps to refer a new tenant but never received the promised reward. Attempts to resolve the issue with management and corporate were met with indifference and unhelpful responses. Additionally, there has been a noticeable decline in the professionalism and courtesy of the Manager, that makes increasingly difficult to feel comfortable or valued as a resident. It's disheartening to see a community that was once welcoming change so drastically. I truly hope management reconsiders its approach to tenant relations and safety. Residents deserve to feel heard, respected, and secure in their homes.

Overpriced apartments they went up on monthly rent and apartments are old no remodeling has been done. You can hear the home depot forklift all night and early morning so you wont sleep. Trash truck comes to dump out the containers before 6am making loud noises and waking you up. Not worth it regret renewing my lease.

So far the staff and maintenance have been helpful and friendly, the grounds are well maintained. My apartment layout is great, lots of natural sunlight, I get a lot of the traffic noise from where my apt is positioned but its tolerable. Great place so far!

Everything has been good. I can never reach the office staff, even when I do into the office to go to pick up packages, No one is EVER in the front office. That is very odd. and not professional in my opinion.

Montelago is a great apartment complex with good floor plan and great finishes. They feel modern, clean and maintained. I enjoy these apartments. Good pool and gym. The rooms are well spaced, and the balcony is good size. I moved in with new clean carpets and a fresh coat of paint on the wall and kitchen. Came with washer and dryers. Plenty of parking that's covered.

My experience here has been great. The staff is amazing and helpful. Everything is close by if you need to shop, go to the movies, or out to eat. The movie theater parking lot is a great workout spot if youre looking to get in shape.
