The worst apartment I've ever lived in Management is rude. Grounds are nasty. Stuff never gets fixed. 24 hr. Maintainance does not exists.

These are the worse apartment Ever.....I needed somewhere to stay A.S.A.P....I moved in April 1 There Something Wrong in this Damn Apartment every day they NEVER FIX ---- I HAVE BEEN GOING IN THIS OFFICE EVERYDAY FROM THE TIME I MOVED IN AND ITS JUNE OF 2016 AND JULY IS AROUND THE CORNER BUT THEY WANT THEY ------- RENT MONEY AT FIRST THE WATER PRESSURE IN THE TUBE SUCKS THERES LITTLE PRESSURE IN THE bathroom sink carpet dirty They wanted me to go to other apartments to take Shower PLEASE BY ALL MEAN DON'T MOVE HERE CAUSE THIS IS A NIGHTMARE

THIS IS YOUR WARNING FOR THESE APARTMENTS. DO NOT RENT HERE. IT IS INFESTED WITH ROACHES AND BUGS IN THE FRIDGE, WALLS, CARPET AND SINK. WE HAVE PICTURES TO PROVE IT. THE STAFF SAID IT'S NORMAL TO HAVE COCKROACHES IN THE LIVING AREA. IT IS A HEALTH HAZARD. DO NOT PAY THEM IN MONEY ORDER, WRITE A CHECK. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF WHEN THEY ASK FOR A FIRST MONTH MONEY ORDER. DO NOT GIVE THEM A MONEY ORDER. YOU WILL LOSE IT IF YOU DECIDE TO BACK OUT WITHIN THE FIRST DAYS OF RENTING AT WATERS AT WESTCHASE.

The complex has came a Long way... The new maintenance supervisor is awesome and gets stuff done promptly... manager and office staff are great i would definitely recommend it to anyone. Plus very nice and reasonably priced... hope this helps you make a decision. Most people make complaints but show no gratitude where is due.. ;-)

This place is nasty as hell. I had to contact corporate to get my lease shaven down to six months. instead of a year. The staff is rude and they do not care about you or your issues. There are roaches every damn where and my apartment has fleas; let's keep in mind that I don't have pets. The carpet was never shampooed, when I moved in they were just starting to paint the bathroom. I was never able to see my apartment because it was never ready, wasn't even ready on move in day. The manager and her little flunky need their --- whopped. I cannot wait to move out and go in there and curse they --- out. I live in little Mexico. The neighbors don't take out their damn trash for days which attracts roaches. This is worse than section 8 apartments. My ceiling is about to collapse because there is a leak from the upstairs neighbors from when they shower. This is now the third day that no one has come to fix it. It took them two weeks to come exterminate for fleas. They came AFTER I had already treated my apartment myself. Waters at Westchase can kiss my --- and the staff gets a formal invite to kiss my ---. I have never had to deal with this type of mess. If you like living like you are in the slums of Guadalajara, then come on in and sign your name on the dotted line. I doubt the staff went to high school. -------

Hands down the worst apartments I've ever lived in. The foundation and grounds are disgusting. Always trash everywhere. ALWAYS. I moved into my apartment and it looked like it had not been cleaned. The carpet was horrible with stains all throughout. There was also lingering smell. One of the employees had the audacity to say that it was actually in pretty good shape.there was graffiti on the inside balcony from what seemed to be from the previous residents. walls had what it looked it to be water stains all on them. The foundation of the apartment its self was horrible. Kitchen cabinets were chipped and the insides had no paper or anything. The staff is welcoming til you sign your lease. After that they treat you with disrespect. Especially the manager. I had a maintenance request that didn't get any attention till a month later. I would highly advise you to stay away from here. I'm a very clean person with no pets. A couple weeks into moving in i discovered fleas and roaches which I'm sure they came from the neighbors.. i had to treat the fleas myself. Again, do not move into these apartments!!!

The worst apartment in history! My apartment has a bad smell like humidity and the refrigerator door was loose it fell on one of my kids ! The manager does nothing I been dealing with this for two months now and it's the worst experience in my life ! Now the air conditioner is leaking and the water is getting on the carpet. I even Spoke to the manager since Thursday about the leaking and she said someone would come the next day and no one did . I have several recorded conversations where she says she will sent someone but never does. Don't really understand why the manager can't do her job like she says she will and send someone to fix the problem.

I disagree with a lot of these statements. I have had nothing but good experiences with the office staff. They are very prompt, they are respectful and call whenever someone needs to come in to fix something, and they are very nice. The only problems I've really encountered are with my bathroom- tub leaks, drain is on the side of the tub so it doesn't drian well and often gets clogged easily/ wasn't fully cleaned out before move in I don't think. Also, the washing machines are TINY and often require multiple dry cycles to get fully dry clothes. The machines are surprisingly noisy too. I can hear my neighbors above me pretty well, but that's part of living in an aprtment complex :) I highly recommend this complex though. It's affordable and great location!

The WORST apartments to live in the office staff if rude they only care when the rent is due but not for any other issues they fail at giving notices when there is changes, maintenance takes forever to fix anything if they even fix it, the noise level is terrible and there is always people getting robbed or shot at, the manager ------ lives on property and she is the ruddest person ever if she doesnt like you or you upset her with complains you may have shes ready to find anything to get you our or charge you extra. The rent has gone up ridiculously for apartments that arent even fixed correctly floors aren't even done correctly and there is bugs everywhere they have a roach problem. End of story they are horrible

I have never lived in a place as horrible as this in all my years. Maintenance is very incompetent. The office constantly comes up with excuses and takes months to complete work order if at all. The A/C unit broke several times before they replaced it. The refrigerator broke over 3 times before replacing it. The appliances didn't match in color and were not new. I received an eviction notice in error as they put it, when my rent was paid on the 31st of the previous month. I wasn't the only tenant that experiences such horrific services. Unless, you're a refugee and in a desperate situation than never move here. They quick to tow your car for any little reason. The complex has big potholes every where that they will not fix. i have messed up 3 pairs of tennis shoes due to standing water and mud. Almost slipped and fail several times because mud was all on the sidewalks. My dinning room, hall way and bathroom had flooded it took 2 weeks to fix after mildow and mold. Management never replaced carpet, only part of the padding. Stove only had 1 rack, took 6 months to get that taken care of. Foundation work was done and the bar is uneven and cracked, they still have not fixed it. This place is not worth the headache or money they trying to charge. The WORST PLACE TO LIVE IN HOUSTON. You have a better chance living in Haverstock on the Northside.
