over all the community is great if your looking for an apartment. i did have complains every now and then about pest control and kids running outside but i did understand its apartment living. they offer pest control on Thursdays which you have to call and ask for it if not they wont go. i am renewing my lease and moving now into a larger apartment that has upgrades. the new management is great i understand that they are really trying to improve the property. what we have now we didn't have with the other management. i would recommend these apartments. but keep in mind they are under renovations so there is work going on outside.

This is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! The broad that showed me the apartment was so unprofessional. For example, when I called the apartment place in the morning I was told that the two apartments that I was inquiring about was available for viewing so I set up an appointment. When I arrived after driving 45 minutes to the apartments not only was the leasing office doors CLOSED/LOCKED with and OPEN sign but there were like four other families outside waiting! Then lets get to the good part, the girl (name is --------) who showed me the apartment had a complete and utter attitude problem. Issues: 1.) While walking to the apartment she did not inform me of the "history or safety" of the apartments 2.) Since I was shown an apartment that I was not really interested in it was her job to help me "visualize" the apartment that I really wanted... she attempted to explain it but was horrible at it. She was to busy flipping her hair, leaning on the wall, rolling her neck and huffing and buffing while I was asking for clarification on her HORRIBLE description. 3.) She never gave me... hell better yet she never asked me if I wanted an application or to even know the prices of the apartments 4.) When we returned she literally just handed my ID and at that time I felt like I was being "rushed" out so I LEFT!!!... Overall the experience was so unwelcoming and disrespectful. Regardless if -------- was having a bad day, didnt want to talk to me, or whatever the case may be she was unprofessional. I have never had to write a review about anything before until I met that chick. So -------- cheers to you. You represented your company "very well" Oh, Oh, and the site of the apartments are horrible! The smell was nauseating and so strong. It is NOTHING like the pictures! Not the outside, the apartments, anything!

We were very eager to move however we made the worst mistake in living here because there is NOTHING BUT DISSAPOINTMENT!!! Through the move everything was okay for the first month until we actually got settled in. There isnt any assistance towards pest control, maintenance, and the new staff is very rude makes me want to slap them. Sarcastically if your lucky enough with the first floor and loud neighbors upstair than you would have the time of your life (NOT ABLE TO SLEEP WHEN NEEDING TO GO TO WORK OR SCHOOL). Nothing but a lot of disgusting bed bugs are found. We dont know what is worse: bed bugs attacking or disturbing neighbors. Regardless if you are desperate to move fast and cheap do not move here at all. They do nothing but rip you off, yes it may be cheap, but cheap comes out to be more expensive because all furniture will have to be thrown away and replaced. Security is never around as it is to be a 24 hr security. Too many disturbances around the complex no matter how many times of complaint, no one will care unfortunately. Worst apartment ever, period.

This aprt was cool until i had to move out the manager had the bright idea to have the maintenance guy to thro out my furniture. She figured because the one of the house keys was on the counter that i was done moving. When clealry there is a house full of funiture still in the house including my son's race car bed, my dining room table, my coffee and end tables. So, Im moving out with just my sofa and loveseat cuz the manager decided to have the maintenance guy throw my stuff out, I will be contacting her Regional Manager as well as the BBB. Use common sense if the furniture is still in the house the person has not moved out yet.

This place is absolutely disgusting. I moved in to these apartments a few months ago because I needed a place ASAP. I should have known there were going to be numerous issues when the girl in the office promised me I could move in that day and I didn't end up being able to move in until days after. As I was filling out my lease agreement the manager told me that there was someone else there that needed to move in same day as well so whoever got their check to them first, got the place. I went on a wild goose chase trying to find my nearest bank to get a money order and secure my apartment. The apartment is VERY small and I have to pay extra just to have an apartment that has washer & dryer hook ups! I didn't so much mind that however, because if you take a look at their on site laundry facilities, it's disgusting! The outside of the property isn't appealing either. It DOES stink outside! The whole property smells bad. In my apartment the floor is uneven under the carpet and when you're walking on it you can tell. Who knows what's under there but it's lumpy and feels like they just threw some cheap rug over it and called it good. Within the first few days of my living there the shower knob just crumbled and fell off into pieces, the toilet paper holder came out of the wall leaving a big hole in the wall where it looks like it's come out several times and they keep just patching it back up and painting over it, the towel rack fell off the wall, there's mold everywhere and a roach infestation somewhere in my cupboards. Under the kitchen sink the shelves are completely warped and sunken in from previous pipes breaking I'm assuming. The water has been shut of without notice twice since I've lived here and remains off for the majority of the day. The only way you'd know they were doing "maintenance" is if you call the office where the office staff is insanely rude and act like you're bothering them by asking them why there is no running water in your apartment. My first month there I called for 3 days straight trying to see if there was an alternative way to pay my rent. As in, I work for a living and their office hours are the same as my working hours making it difficult for me to be able to personally hand them my check. I called to see if they had a drop box or if I could mail in my payments. I went in there a few days later (with my cashiers check dated for the 1st) and they told me that I was like and owed about $80 in fees. When I pointed out that I had called numerous times and left at least three voicemails on three different days they told me that their phone systems had been down and they were doing work on them.... Really?? For three days? They told me that I was SOL basically and that I had to pay the late fees even though my cashiers check clearly has the first printed on it and I called several times! They ended up telling me that they stayed later passed the posted office hours and that I should have just tried coming in... Well, sorry, I can read signs and if it says you close at a certain time, I believe it!!! As I was walking out a snotty office lady said, "Oh and that was the balance from yesterday, add $10 on top of your late bill." The office staff is completely useless. The parking is TERRIBLE! There's a huge white truck with railings on the side that takes up three parking spots in the tenant parking area every day and the management doesn't do anything about it. There's always -------- blasting their music at all hours and drinking beer and throwing their beer bottles all over the parking area. Potholes everywhere. The sidewalk between the apartments floods when it rains and unless you want to walk through a foot of gross mold water, you have to walk completely around the complex. There are stray cats EVERYWHERE. There was about 6 baby kittens growing up right outside my window and one I found when I walked out of the apartment just sitting outside my door meowing! I saw the apartment right across from me get raided and the guy left in handcuffs. I saw another guy get beat up outside my window. The men there are perverted and stare at you wherever you go. Random people are always knocking at my door. I have no idea what they want because they don't speak english. There's hustlers everywhere so you need to watch your back. People will try to rob you or break into your apartment. My brother got beat up just walking to the corner store for no reason. There's a billion unattended kids around these apartments that make a ton of noise at all hours. Their parents do not supervise them and they play all around the parking lots and driving areas. You constantly have to watch out to make sure you don't hit one of them. They also like to whip around on their bikes without looking. The gates never work, not like it helped to keep anyone out anyway. I'm kind of glad it's broken because the majority of the people there don't even know the gate codes and if you get stuck behind one of them they just sit there and press random buttons until you get out of your vehicle to press the buttons for them. The residents themselves are rude and obnoxious as well. I've done the "hop out of vehicle and press gate code buttons" a few times for the residents who don't know the codes and instead of them letting you go ahead of them, they whip out, almost hitting you and then block two lanes of traffic while they struggle to make a left onto Harwin. I HATE this place and I can't wait until my lease is up IF I stay that long. It's disgusting, worst community and people ever.
