Well I like the area it is close to my job, Now back in Sept, 2023 had upstairs neighbor in apt 517 who had a huge pet bull she refuse to keep her dog on leash and she allow the dog to pop all over the area, spoke to manage they said the where going to put a pop can but it is now 2024 no can yet and I am glad her and her dog has moved. But in apt 515 directly up over me managment allowed a man move in and when he first moved in a couple months he moved in five children in a one bedroom, and all they do is stomp, fight, run, jump, and i hear loud thumping noises, i have been to the office 3 times, office manager said they talk with the tenant the kids they did quite down for a week but was right back doing the same noise, manage told me to call the police , now on Jan. 16, 2024 the man 515, played his music so loud until about 930pm It was hard fall a sleep, so now I can't get to enjoy my apt I pay 930.00 a month for I go home late just to avoid all the noise, I have to hit the top of my ceiling just to make them stop jumping ect.. Now maintance do come repair quickly they are trying, I did have lots of Roches when I first move there, but I use boric acid in my corners and under the stove and refrigerator, now I see one every now and than After last night with the noise, i have had enough, and i have decided to relocate, i am seaching as of January 16 2024 lease up in April

No Apt are 100% Great, It's affordable, clean, quiet. Mainly the Residents who can Makes it Great, then the Apt Personnel. over 30 years living in different Apt Complexes. my Motto is "Respect, Treat it as your Home". IF You See Something, Say Something Rule. This is Your Home. as I read some of these reviews. I am puzzled. as long as I have lived in Apts never had a issue with roaches, rats as I am a clean person and my Apt is also Clean 24/7. Keep it Clean as your Home. the Maintenance Crew is Awesome, with 24 to 48 hours its completed. also, when they come to my Apt, I will give them a Cold bottle of water. simple as to show I appreciate them. 'Some' Dog owners. Seriously Pick Up Your Dog Poop. It's Not the Apt's Job to Monitor you. You are the Pet Parent, Be a Responsible Pet Parent Please, Don't Judge every Apt over Reviews. Garbageville One of the worse places I have lived in my life yes there is bugs and rat if you live close to the field.I moved in and everything was horrible and water damaged which I noted on the day I moved in ,which only got worse as time went on. The water is never on but the water bills are over $100 and forget about mail and package all stolen the time I was there even my stimulus check. I moved out to only have them take my deposit for $200 paint job on a wall already damaged.Just ripoff

What they show and say on Google is all a lie. This place needs better management. It's trash, lizards, mice and roaches EVERYWHERE. You can't be comfortable I'm your own home. Crazy charges on your bill, water is NEVER own or working. Stove is scratched up really bad, refrigerator is leaking water all over the place. My food only last a few days and everything goes bad. The dishwasher is missing a wheel, which I found inside with old food. Holes in the walls. Can't even close or open door properly because of how they painted the walls. They literally painted on the door handles and all on the floor. The fake wood is two different colors. Some of the cabinets are missing knobs. The front door doesn't close all the way. You have dogs roaming trying to attack you. You have people breaking into cars and stealing mail out of your mailbox. It's not safe at all here. I swear they just gave me the raggedy apartment on the property. I HATE with a passion that I brought my butt all the way from Ft Worth to this ---- whole. Only been here a few months and HATE I signed those lease papers. I can't wait to get up out of here.

I currently live here now and management is very unprofessional.They barely return calls they don't care about anything else if it doesn't have anything to do with rent . I hear gun shots and car alarms going off every night .Its not a good environment.

This is the worst place ever! I'm visiting a friend here for two weeks and my vehicle has already gotten toll even though i register it to park. The water over here is ALWAYS cold they turn hot hot water on rarely. Sometimes they cut water off completely this thing happen ALL the time. Repairs have not been fix since my visit. ROACHES are everywhere. They try to force you to renew in order to get sticker to park. laundry room is so nasty you have to clean out washer before you wash your clothes then it dont ring out on spin cycle. DONT MOVE HERE!!!!

This review tip board is telling me to write the good and the bad on here but I honestly can't think of any good that's come out of living here. Everything started off really well with the staff being really nice and helpful until about 2 or 3 months in, we found ourselves having issues with almost everything. The first thing was our a/c unit going out so it was unbearably hot for a whole week until the maintenance people finally came and did just enough to keep us quiet, because afterward it went out again and the ceiling began leaking along with it. It was so bad, water had drenched our entire living room floor, so they patched it up. And now the a/c is back to going in and out again and the floor is back to being wet but this time it's drenched our entire bedroom/closet floor. Along with that, we've been dealing with a gnat infestation, that hasn't been taken care of for almost 2 months as well. We literally went to management about it and all they told us was "poor bleach down the drain and leave them capped off" while they laughed about it. I kid you not. It was hard enough to get rid of the roaches ourselves the first time around upon us moving in! On top of that, my boyfriend and I have been yearning to take a dip in the pool since we moved in at the beginning of summer but the pool was never clean to use so now there's no point since winter is here. They don't keep up with anything, the place looks very trashy. The staff is still really nice so they really aren't the problem. It's management/maintenance that are the absolute worst. It seems like they wait until they feel like it, after you call in a problem hundreds of times, to try to fix anything. And even at that point, nothing actually gets fixed. If you are looking for nothing more than a roof over your head, then this is a great place to be. But if you want something livable then I highly suggest shopping around a little more until just settling for anything. Because that's exactly what this is. Also, if you are looking at living here and the "Cruise for 2" raffle is what reeled you in, don't fall for it. It's just a scam and they've been advertising it for months. No one ever wins. Just think about it, if they could afford that then they could afford to have better living here.

I've been living here over 20 years. The office staff and maintenance do a great job! The people that have been living here the longest are great residents. The courtesy officer does really good random patrols. The pool is kept very clean and I see the maintenance guys in the morning picking up trash every morning. Hernen the maintenance man is very polite, professional and prompt to take care of my services. This is my home and I really enjoy living here.

PSA do not move here unless you like roaches mices I vstayed here for a yr when I say horrible horrible the gates don't work at all which means anybody can come in as please they have had a dozen of vehicle broken into my neighbor had a gun put to her head as she got out her vehicle you would think they would put lights up in the back r get some type of security NOPE than to top it off my vehicle got stolen right from the very first spot by the entrance gate to top it off they have this police officer that's there every ------- day ------ was on the other side of the gate as they stole my ------- truck and didnt see ---- goes to report to one of the office ladies that stays in the apartment her boyfriend comes out with a gun bc we knocked on they door wait the next morning and goes into the office tell them they act like they don't give to flying ----s about it so with that being said I lived out the following week then they had the nerve to call about December rent wtf than gone leave a VM telling us that we broke our lease when our lease was up in December anyway so I will be looking into getting a lawyer to deal with them for false advertising about camera, security, and gates working and about this broken lease ---- needless to say they found my truck Dec 30,2015 happy they caught somebody driving it and just so happened it was one of the guys me n my fiance seeing riding with the tow truck drivers that comes back there y'all could be stupid and move here if u want to

Do not move here! Save your money and move somewhere much safer! This is bad property and very evil people are running the office. They will lie to you in your face about rent and your lease contract to get extra money! A guy died in the complex at the beginning of September over a gun fight. Three nights later I heard 3more gunshots. Apartment doesn't care about the safety of there residence's. Gates stay open anyone can come in. It's a lot of activity at the corner store by the complex, but the manager she can't do anything about it. ------! Manager will try to have a fist fight with you over late rent and will steal your property! This waters at westchase is being reported to TAA and HAA. Horrible management. What a disgrace to the westchase community. It's not even on the same side of the West park. Roaches every where. Everything breaks! People talking loud! A horrible place to live. Beware and be safe ....
