When I first moved in a few years ago it was a different management company. Needless to say, me and many of my neighbors were very displeased overall. When this new management company with NOIPM come here about a year ago, I have a new attitude about living here. The activities and general camaraderie brings a new sense of a homey feeling. I love the staff! I'm happy to call this home.

I've stayed here 3 years now and these apartments have never been as nice as they are now. It's so nice to have management that actually cares about the residents and the property. The improvements with the renovations are huge and were much needed. The vibe here has definitely changed for the better here in the past year. They have monthly Food Truck Friday's and they are the best! They have not failed us yet with their selections and it's a great way to meet your neighbors during this pandemic.

I have lived here for four years and I am happy here. The new management has made very positive changes and the community looks and runs better than it ever has. The staff is always helpful and maintenance takes care of any of my requests quickly. The new addition of monthly food truck nights is great!

Even though my rent didn't increase, my bill gets higher. Definitely not worth the cost considering 3 murders happened in 2020. The management can paint all day, however, I choose safety over a facade. The landscaping is horrible everywhere but near the front entrance of the building.

Our apt has been broken into and stolen our appliance, cash and jewelries. This place is rundown, not properly maintained, gates are always open saying they are under repair, place is dark at night, no security cameras on the premises, random strangers can just come in and out. No compassion from management or whatsoever. Rent is cheaper because this place is no good at all! The burglars will surely come back at some point in the future as they know that this place is EASY. To all future residents, PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE THAT WE MADE AND DO NOT LIVE HERE FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY!

WARNING PLEASE TAKE YOUR TIME FINDING A GOOD APARTMENT HOME THIS IS NOT IT ,I've only been here for a month and I get paid on the 3rd of every month I was a day late they began emailing me eviction notices so I called the office spoke with one of the employees and then the day after another one sends me a text meaaage about being evicted , of course I got a little upset after speaking with one of the employees already regarding my late rent not only that I've had random people bang on my door at 2am at least three nights straight , and the rent amount I signed up for has gone out the window if I knew it would've been this much I would've chose another complex , the tubs are peeling , walls are chipping and the workers in the office don't communicate with one another if you make a payment please get their signature with their name on it not just "steeple crest " because then they can deny signing it they charge you to take out your own trash and charge for pest when no one comes to spray ,ive only been here a month and I've had roaches and spiders everywhere and I'm already regretting my decision moving here but guess who signed a 12 month lease smh

This is my 3rd year at this property. I love it. If I put in a request for maintence it is handle the next day. The office staff is very firendly and tries to get to know the tenant by name. not just an apartment number.

There is a lot of dog poop around my apartment and when I ask the office for cleaning, there is "yes, yes, yes..." but no respond in action. There are the gates that are not fixed and be opened all day. The office said they will be fixed but... it still...

Before moving to SteepleCrest I watched the property. I wanted to see what traffic was around this location. I certainly did my research before moving in. I am a current residence one of my neighbors has been here for 6 years. This is a extremely safe environment with no police activity. Staff is very professional and prompt to request.
