When I first moved in, they front staff was very prompt, but after moving in, they ignore you, until you call their corporate office. I have lived here for a few months and I've seen more cop cars here, than any other place I have lived. Cons: The grounds are not kept tidy There is not enough parking;OFTEN I am having to park on the other side of the complex. I have been waiting since I moved in for maintenance to finish a repair. They do not keep the stairwells clean. THEY ABSOLUTELY DO NOT return your emails or phone calls. The light sockets are loose; I complained about it and maintenance said it was fine. They will let just about anyone live here. The shower water makes my skin breakout. No living room light When maintenance fixes something, they have left a mess or their trash. I can see how they get good reviews when they offer a gift card prize To the lucky review writer. Pro: The front staff is nice, but after all my complaints, I wonder if it's genuine. The apartments are very spacious. The cares team is pleasant. I would not refer or recommend anyone staying here. .

Just moved in love my new place!!! Close to work!!! And close to a lot of store and beltway and 290!!! The ladies in the office are really nice !!!! Just need to fix the gates for Security but everything else I love so far!!!!!!!

Things were great when I first moved it. The clerk always rushes people off the phone and can never find a work order. It took 3 months to get my soap dish replaced after it was broken during the plumber fixing a clog in the tub. Although the mold coming through the peeling tub was never resolved. No matter how much bleach I use it comes back. When my microwave broke they forgot. It took 3 weeks to get it replaced. A bathroom drawer came apart and that was another 3 weeks.I had to call over and over about getting my apartment sprayed for roaches. Thanks to a nasty neighbor! She left trash outside her door for weeks until I complained.She even put it in front of the door. If you don't mind groups of people hanging out on the stairs drinking and smoking then you'll be happy here. Beer caps and cigarette butts on the stairs. Unsupervised children running around throwing balls and hitting cars. Or running their bikes into your car. I even had office staff knock on my door about paying my rent, which was paid. He had the wrong apartment number. As if the rent is due signs being put out on the first of the month aren't trashy enough.I move in a week and I cannot wait.

I recently stopped in to view the apartment availability and the staff was amazing. I hadn't made an appointment or called but they were more than willing to help me. I recently moved from Miami to Houston so I just didn't know what to expect but this place was perfect for me. The apartment I toured was the actual apartment that I ended up leasing and Alicia was the reason I decided on the spot. The apartments and grounds are well kept and neat.

Steeplecrest has been by far one of the best apartments i have lived in and currently still is. The staff is always polite, friendly, and always there to help when you need them too. The area is quite and well kept. Overall this place is awesome and it couldn't be with out an outstanding staff..so kudos to them keep it up..
