I have lived here with my husband and toddler for 9 months and am just counting till our lease is over in 3 months. We moved her hoping to be able to save a little money with their so called low prices, our rent was supposed to be $419 for a 2bdrm/1bath apt. yet we are paying $480 our water bill is outrageous seeing how we payed double what we payed at a 3 bedroom house. Parking is a joke its first come first serve therefore if you want good lighted parking get here before 5PM or you are stuck parking your car in the dark and opposite side of your building which is not safe if you are single or have children. They will show you a model of the apartment so you definetly dont get what you see. They recently changed management who in my opinion could care less about their tenants. Cars get robbed daily, apartments get broken into, and gunshots are heard all through the weekend. I personally dont feel safe walking around these apartments day or night with my daughter, because either we run into crazy drivers or pervs. The only good thing here are our neighbors who dont make much noise or are problematic except for a few who have their own drama going on. Oh and roaches! I am a clean freak who has done the impossible to get rid of them they are still here I did boric acid, foggers, raid, etc. At a certain point we dealed with BED BUGS who according to the office we brought, even though all our furniture is BRAND NEW and we dont shop at thrift stores nor garage sales. We stayed at my relatives for 3 weeks because we all got horrible allergies.Inconsiderate landlord was making us pay $65 for inspection from pest control and $600 to get rid of them which is if you ask me crazy.I HONESTLY DONT RECOMMEND to anyone no matter how tempting their prices are dont fall for them! It is horrible I would not even recommend to my worst enemy. As I am writing this two people got shot in building 28 and 31. please look for a safer complex were they care about your safety and well being not just your money.

These people are a bunch of crooks. They demanded that I give them a deposit to hold an apartment for me. The apartment was never ready and they refused to show it to me before I was to move in. I was told that it was ready and then that it wasn't ready and that I could see it the day I moved in. Then I told them that I wasn't moving in before I could see the apartment and she said thats the way they do it. I asked for my deposit back since the apartment wasn't ready when I had to move . The manager Cari told me that it was clearly an unrefundable deposit. I held up my end of the deal and they didn't come across with an apartment when I needed it. So, I feel like they are liars and cheats.Do not deal with Yesenia , she is a liar.

First of all all of the people who work in the office including the leaseing manager don't live their. So what does that tell you. After i signed the lease and moved in i seen rat droppings and the place is infested with roaches. While taking a shower i had one crawling on my shower curtain and on my bathroom sink. Then i found one dead in my ice box. I didnt even last a month in my apartment. My kitchen smelled like something was dead. On new years eve when i went to go get my mailbox key for the third time their were some guys drinking hennesy while the workers were in their ------. When I was signing my lease the lady told me that if they feel like if its something that is fixable they are not going to replace it. She was not lieing cause they had tape on the screen on my bedroom window that had holes in it. they also did not clean the carpet it. The place is a rip off and dirty. I'd rather stay in a hotel room. They should be ashamed renting those apartments out. I jusr gave it a chance cause it was cheap and i didnt have anywhere to stay but i rather have stayed in a shelter.

Indigo Falls should be used for the purpose of either just starting or just starting over. It's amazing how many negative reviews were given for this complex, what did they expect for under $500 a month. These are low income properties with low income issues. Do I recommend you pick this place if you are wanting to be in an apartment environment long term, NO! But to rebuild or build credit, rental history, this is affordable and will get you the desired end result. I pay under 500 for a 2bed 2bath home with a washer and dryer. I can't wait to move because it is not where I desire to be long term, but it is a means to an end. Lets be real, b4 they signed their lease they saw what environment they were surrounded by, but they still signed!

Where shall I begin, oh I know... the fist thing I saw upon arrival at Indigo Falls was a drug dealer at 8 a.m.! I was moving back to Houston after being away for several years, so I didn't remember that my son's father and I had looked at these apartments, and he'd told me that they had a bad reputation. It wouldn't have done any good for me to remember that anyway, since they had changed their name. I did my apartment shopping before I moved using apartment finders, and I called several apts. and researched them myself. My top picks were based on price, and amenities, and at the top of the list for amenities listed was Indigo Falls, there were a couple of other Apts in the area that were reasonably priced like The Oxford and the Bristol. I had friends who lived in them and I knew they were decent, but when I was on the phone with Indigo Falls staff, they told me that they could get me a unit with sliding glass doors, a private patio and a fireplace. When I decided, based on what they told me, to rent there I asked specifically if my unit would have all those things and they said yes. My unit did NOT have sliding glass doors or a private patio, and the fireplace DID NOT WORK. The staff there are liars! Also after I signed the lease they informed me that I owed them $150 because I didn't qualify for the 150.00 deposit special because I didn't have perfect credit, what could i do? I had already pd them 150.00 deposit a month earlier, and I didn't know where else I could possibly go on such short notice, so I took the $150 out of what I had saved for the next mo. rent and gave it to them. I should have cut my loss of the deposit I'd already paid them and RAN FROM THERE! It took the mgr and hour to read me all the rules and restrictions, I felt like I was paying these people to incarcerate me! And my daughter ran upstairs in the office and when I went up there after her I saw stacks and piles like you wouldn't believe of electronics and valuables. I knew right then something wasn't right with these apts. When i read my lease I noticed that it said that if you were behind on your rent they could go into your apt. and take your property! Also they would lock you out of your apt if you were just a few days late. The late fees were outragous! It took me a whole month to get caught up on rent because they charged me late fees on top of late fees, totaling $800 on a $550 apartment. When I told them that I could only get 2 in. of hot water in the tub before the water ran cold they said "we have a lot of people here and so may sharing one hot water heater, there's nothing we can do about that." I ended up breaking my lease 4 MO. later and moving to a shelter over being $70 short on rent because they were going to file eviction over that $70! I PRAY TO GOD THOSE PEOPLE GET SHUT DOWN SOON BEFORE THEY RUIN MORE LIVES!

I lived there for 5 years I transferred apartments 3 times first time to be in a downstairs unit and then to get a larger unit. All I can say is SEWAGE,SEWAGE,SEWAGE the toilets are always stopped up or either overflowing and they say that they are not responsible it is the city. So if you move here to try to save money just be prepared to have sewage overflow onto your carpet and then maintainence will come and only WET VAC it up they will not replace carpet because it happens so frequently. So just imagine having guests over and having to explain why your apartment smells like crap embarrassing. The only resolustion is to never flush your toilets. Other than that I never had a problem with break-ins but I did have someone scratch my car. Office staff sucks they only tell you stuff to pacify you the only good one is Monica and the light skinned black lady. Good luck
