I have lived in Indigo aprtments for 3 years and folks are always walking late at night around your door , lighting is poor, I wanted to move so bad but could not afford to do it. A neighbor of mines bought a product named steel door armor, I really wish they would supply these for free to resident as a added measure of security. It s really bad every where I know, but even worst in apartment properties. But since they have not, I feel compelled to atleast let you all know how to get it. Just go here http://www.steeldoorarmor.com I give you my word this is not promotion, I just want everyone to be safe that s it.

I signed my lease in June of 2008. We did a walk through and wrote out a list of thing that needed to be fixed before we moved in. We moved in a week or two later, and nothing had been fixed. The area in the bathroom was just repainted to cover up. The fridge had bugs in it, that I cleaned out myself, I can go on. So months later they started nit picking about minor stuff that they never bother me about before. Then they started bothering my boyfriend for being in my apartment watching the kids while I was out. So I put him on the lease and they began harassing him and his company. All the while they still hadn't fixed the things on my list. I stayed upstairs and the rails were rotting and there were huge gaps where like 2-4 bars were missing. I put in a work order for that and they went darn near the whole year before fixing them (only after a guest child slipped through the bars and fell from our upstairs balcony and was rushed to the ER). My guess is they didn't want a lawsuit on there hand since I had been complaining about that. To put the icing on the cake my ceiling began to fall through because the ac leaked (something I also put in a work order for and they said the ac didn't leak). I had to go back and forth with their corporate office before they finally decided to let me out my lease.

April 2009 - I left this complex due to drug dealing taking place right underneath my apartment. I could not come up the steps without having to ask the people hanging around, sitting on the steps to excuse me. I lived there not them. I left, management knows these peoples backgrounds but choosee to rent to them even though they run off the decent residents. I had enough with the grounds flooding knee deep when it rained and so much crime surrounding.

Trust me I know. It's so bad there that I broke my lease, I didn't give a damn. Maintenance and office staff are horrible and liars. There has been killings, break-ins, assaults, drug dealing, and any other crime that you can think of, it's happened over there. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. If it rains for 30 minutes, it will flood. You have to drive through the water or you can't get home. You get wat you pay for, because the rent is pretty reasonable. As soon as I got on my feet, I ran as quickly as I could. The roaches will run you out.
