Lol honestly on a scale from 1-5 I rate them a 0. Staff is so unprofessional, I had so many problems with my a/c unit everytime I put in a report they would take weeks to fix it. My fridge was leaking from the bottom so I put a order in so they could fix it, 2 months it took them to come in and take a look at it. The roach infestation is just rediculous, you can clean all you want and set little roach traps but they will never ever end. After hurricane harvey we came home to a leaky roof and a closed office for 2 weeks. My neighbors completley lost their apartment and they could care less about all the mold (they never took the sheetrock down). Really cool swimming pool in the middle of the street when it rains though :). I was told that they couldnt do anything about my roof after harvey (good thing i had already left the sh***y place. Do not recommend to anybody.

This apartment are bull do not move here. EVERYTHING IS JUST WRONG!!! I BEEN STAYING THERE FOR YEARS I LOVED IT AT 1ST ABOUT 2 YEARS IN BUT THE LAST 3 YEARS BEEN NOTHING BUT ISSUES. MY HUSBAND AMD KIDS WAS THEIR IT WAS OUR 1ST APARTMENTS. NOW WE ARE IN A HOUSE. I HOPE TO NEVER GO BACK HERE UNLESD I HAVE TO.. THEY DO NOT FIX NOTHING. IT STINK THEY HAVE MOLD PEOPLE BROKE IN YOU HOME. THE PPL IN THE OFFICE IS RUDE AND DONT CARE. THE PPL WHO COME IN YOUR HOME TO FIX YOUR STUFF STEAL FROM YOU. WHEN YOU LEAVE THEY FREAM YOU AND KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT MONEY AND THEY CHARGE YOU EXTRA BILLS WHEN ITS TIME TO LOVE. IM SUING THEM NOW!!! BCUZ I NEVRR GOT MY MONEY FTOM MY DEPOSITS SO THEY WILL ON THE HOUSTON NEW SOON. I hate these damn apartment

I have been here for 2 years. When moving they tell you the apartment will be fixed once you move in when you give them your list of review on what you need fixed on the apartment. They promised to change the nasty lifted tile since I moved in & they always keep pushing back. 2 years & you have to call them day after day to fix it until it's finally done. There was mold on the apt which took them 2 weeks to fix, they left one apartment with a whole open on the ceiling of one of my rooms for 4 days! I have picture to proof everything. I have a newborn & a 6 year old, this is such a health hazard. The only reason I was moving here was to get back on my feet after my divorce but I am glad to say my nightmare living here is finally over. Not to mention the gunshots & drug abuse in these apartments.

Indigo falls changed there name to make it where people think it's a different place this is a unsafe place for child to grow up non stop drug related incidents I lived there for two days in an 18 year old boy got shot if you have a dog they tell you to put it to sleep or move out Houston SPCA is being notified of this recent incident awesome also channel 13 and all the other channels are section 2 at the apartment management miss Bella off no its Kathy Maria Mr Kumar are very untrustworthy unfair and racist people I suggested if you are living in in in a different relationship do not live in these apartments because you will be officially kick

DO NOT I REPEAT DP NOT LIVE HERE.....i lived there for 6 months in thank god i only signed a 6 month lease...1st off...the pools are never open in the summer...they lie and tell you that you have to pay only rent,lights...and water trash and waste is included in your rent...THATS A LIE...you pay your rent spared from you waste,trash and you also pay pest control..which is like between $60-$100 every month...then when your lease is over...they ask you do u want to resing you lease BUT the rent will be much much higher..lol hell nawl i got the hell out of there..whateva you do STAY AWAY FROM INDIGO FALLS...

I moved here back in 2006 and this was actually an emergency move. I don't like to move around, I prefer consistenct so that is the ONLY reason why I stayed here for so long. Everytime you renew the lease, they bump the rent by $15 for every 6 mo renewal, and 25 for yearly renewals. It's ridiculous, when I first moved over here maintenance, they were pretty timely in reagdrs to response, now I have noticed that the response time averaged about 2-3 workdays after a work request was submitted. NOrmally when you renew your lease, they gie you the option of shapooing your carpet. They did in fact offer, the last two times I renewed, however everytime they were supposed to come, they left a reschedule notice, for what ever reason I dont know SO basicaly I have been waiting to hv my carpet cleaned since Dec., went to the off. several times, and Im still here waiting. I finally just said forget. My lease is ending in Dec., and I have never been more happy to move in my life. I'm already cleaning out unneccesary trash and setting up movers,etc. The apts. are very affordable, but I see why.

DO NOT RENT HERE THIS PROPERTY HAS UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF THAT DON'T KNOW THE MEANING OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. MAINTENANCE MAN WHO NEVER DO THEIR JOB AND LAZY --- WOMAN WHO JUST SIT IN THEIR BUTTS ALL DAY AND NEVER PUT IN A WORK ORDER. BEEN HAVING ISSUES WITH MY CENTRAL AC AND THEY NEVER REPLACE IT EVERY MONTH IT BREAKS DOWN NEVER REPAIR LEAKS NEED TO NAG THEM AL THE TIME TO REMIND THEM NEVER FIX ANY LEAK STAIN OR DRYWALL.

THE APARTMENTS ARE RATED OK IN PRICE RANGE BUT THE OFFICE PEOPLE ARE RUDE. THEY DO NOT FIX ANYTHING IF YOU BLACK. THE COMPLEX SMELL LIKE SEWAGE AND THERE IS TRASH EVERYWHERE YOU LOOK. THE POOLS ARE DIRTY AND JUST RANDOWN PLACE TO RAISE KIDS.

This place sucks!!! You get what you pay for. People are inconsiderate and loud playing music at 4AM on a Tuesday!!! People will hit your car and leave like nothing happened!!! Gun shots every weekend. Not safe at night people walking around all the time! Unless you want to be in danger do NOT move here.

I currently live in Indigo Falls and few things have changed since these reviews have been posted, maybe even worse. It a struggle every month to stay on top of all the late fees and extra unknown charges they demand from me, im a mother of two who is barely making it as is and since living here Ive only added to that stress!! New management but they still dont give a damn about anything but there money. I would not advise anyone to move here!!
