The neighbors are probably the only good thing about this place as everything else is terrible such as management, incomplete playgrounds, overpriced pet fee and there not being a gate at all so anyone could just come right in through the front.

Whatever you do DO NOT LIVE HERE! they trick you saying all bills are paid and there is "NO LIMITS" but is just a big fat lie! Staff sucks, specially the Manager who has no professionalism whatsoever. The short time that I have living here I HATE IT i cannot wait till my lease is over and move out of this rat hole!. Roaches everywhere no matter how clean you are, appliances are rusty and falling apart but yet they wont get replaced, my refrigerator was not cleaned, all they do is paint over them while the are full of mold I don't know how they expect people to live here if they wouldn't live here themselves. I have not even been here that much time and had many complaints that I am wasting TOO MUCH ELECTRICITY when I am hardly at my apartment and to top if off I believed when they said "NO LIMITS". SAVE YOUR SELF AND MOVE SOMEWHERE ELSE!

This complex is NOT SAFE!!! These poor people thieves will break into your car. If you walk around the parking lot, you will see almost every car has a blinking LED light in the windshield....security alarm. The parking lot cement is badly damaged and there are no plans to repair them. Appliances are extremely old and cabinets are not in the best shape!

The only good thing about these apartments that I can say is the staff is good and the electricity is paid by property. The rent is a good price but so many different things that an apartment is missing. Roaches are a big issue, parking is horrible too many people have cars in this apartment complex and the management needs to see that and do something about it. Laundry facilities hardly ever work, bed bugs are a problem as well. Wasp nest that infest the entire community everywhere. The pizza delivery places wont deliver, some of the property ground lights are out. Grounds are ok when they actually clean. It has its ups and yes indeed it has its downs as well. If you could afford to pay a bit extra live somewhere that is actually decent and also safe please consider.

This apartment complex is nasty, full of roaches, the water heater sucks, and Manager is rude! I have a really bad roach problem in the kitchen. I can not use all of my cabinets due to the bad roach problem. When I am cooking, there are roaches crawling everywhere!!! It is so disgusting. Before I moved in, I asked if there were any issues with roaches, and the leasing agent stated there were no roaches!! I hate roaches! Within the first month of moving, my car was almost broken into. The idiots could not get my car door open, they damaged the door handle and door. When I called the office to speak about the roach problem, the manager was rude and said that I must be dirty. I then told her about my car and she told me to look around who I hang out with. She swears that this is a good place to live. I also asked management if they had security on the property and they also lied. There is no security and when I confronted the manager about the lie, she said they did not say such a thing. WHy would I lie about that?!?!? There is barely any lighting in the parking lot at night. The water heater sucks. I spoke to management about a problem that I am having with the shower, the water switches from really cold to really hot. Management said they only have 1 big water heater for the complex???? The water sometimes comes out rusty and of orange color.. Look at the pictures below.. When I first moved in, I could not turn on the heater because there was a really nasty smell. I then found out how dirty the filter vent was. There was so much build up. I am so glad I only signed a 7 month lease and it is soon to be up!!

price is just right! i love it here :) JK! the management here sucks! Not to mention they stink! Kids play soccer outside all night! You can hear the soccer ball bang on the side of the laundry mat all damn night. People smoke weed and leave trash everywhere. People argue all the time and play loud music sometimes. And thats just on the outside! inside the apartments look good but there is some roaches. The hot water goes out at and it runs brown! The people in the office are super inconsiderate and rude! and did i mention they stink? because they stink pretty bad! also there are way too many black people here(not that i have anything against black people but they can get loud and annoying and be problematic but then again what race cant get that way?) Washing Machines suck dryers are ok but overall it is a good price you dont pay any utilities and the crime has gone WAAAAAAAAAAAAAY down no more drug dealers so im petty happy about thatt if they got new management here it would be waaay better

This property is HORRIBLE. We lived there from 2007-2009. When we first viewed the property the leasing agent, Melissa, told us they would be finishing the sidewalk "any day now" 3 years later and you still have to walk thru the grass to get to your door. We saw everything here- neighbors had chickens, kids hanging out the window to smoke weed, my boyfriends truck was broken into, backed into and had his rear window shattered. They do nothing to enforce parking which is a nightmare so prepare to walk completely across the complex to get home, which you wont want to do after dark because it's not safe. A murder took place on the property shortly after we left and it happened in an apartment we had warned management was selling drugs. Management is awful, they do things unprofessionally. They give you notices a week late but are dated so that it looks as tho they were delivered on time. If you move in here please be forewarned you are putting yourself at risk, you will probably be the only "legal" citizen and management will do nothing to address the many problems you will have. I absolutely hate this property and wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. (and the other review-er was right, men are always hanging out in the laundry rooms smoking/drinking)
