Don't move in here if you don't have to. Yes, rent is cheap but your life and your family is worth way more. *Quick note if you move here, get your self a big dog to walk with you at least that will deter Some crimes. In addition, you can be safe as long as you are inside, however that's not life. I will start by saying I moved to this apartment because the price was low and I'm in college. Yes, maintenance guys are nice but are limited to what they can do and understaffed. With explaining that, grass has grown to great heights and is normally cut every once every month; even longer and two pools are not working. Getting into the more serious stuff, robbed (sometimes at gunpoint), car thefts, drive bys, and lots of noise (drunks) on the weekend. Management try to be helpful (by the way always new faces) but instead of focusing or prioritizing the needs of the tenants. They're out charging for unnecessary things. They really think they know what they're talking, but if only they listened to the tenants concerns: things would probably improve . There is more but don't live here if you don't have too. If you do at least you're aware, from one citizen to another citizen.

I lived here in since 6 months. The staff are very rude and unpleasant. Rosario always give me and my neighbor a hard time. I even come in and speak they look at me like go away. Very unprofessional atmosphere. Mary will say she putting in a order when something go wrong but the maintenance people say it was just told to them today after i request it 2 weeks ago. I'm dis gusted with this place. There are a lot of roaches and rats. Please don't waste your time.

I have lived at Sandpiper apartments for almost a year now and I must say I have seen a tremendous improvement in the last month's the management is doing great and are very helpful the maintenance guys are on top of it! The even hired a new guy! Way to go Sandpiper all in all this place is working out!

The actual address is 10301 SANDPIPER DR 77096 First of all the reviews on here are bogus! most of the residents here dont speak english to write these reviews or finished high school to be able to use half the words to describe the staff, which leads me to believe these are written by the no good staff at the vista apartments. I have never been so sicked by an apartment so much in my life! The staff attacked the character of my boyfriend and I to other residents who then came to tell me all about it... My sexuality and personality was discussed also my partnars passed relationship from years ago was talked about. He had a bad passed relationship with his ex and had lived at a diffrent apartment unit before us years ago. I found it to be extremely unprofessional! Also the maintenance joined in on the fun. They are so loud my apart was near the office of the maintenance they play music all day and I never get anything done that I call about... The pools never open, washers and dryers never work, bad kids smoking weed in the laudry rooms, and just last week the cops were called because they were putting nails in tires, no parking, not enough gate keys for everyone, gate is always broken, old appliances that hardly work at all, every where trash, the yard maintenance is never done unless the grass reaches 12 inches tall, the rent is high for what you get, drug deals and murders in the area. Its just a terrible place to live, look else where.

I lived at Sandpiper for two years, the space for the price you can't beat. Staff in office changed so often I could never memorize any name or face. Apartments (on the inside) have been remodeled and look very nice, my huge concern the whole time though was that someone would come into my apartment. Most of my neighbors moved due to crime in the area, some were even burglarized. I moved due to employment relocation but was already thinking of moving due to this fact. If you move-in here I would get an alarm system and if possible a large pet dog. -My Opinion

sandpiper apartments r amazing not only are tge big apartment but the management is also great especially Lisa she awesome. She takes u through every step n calls u when something goes wrong with ur app.stainless steel appliances and the countertops are the beautiful. washer n dryer connection. I love it n to top it all off it is quiet.

Omg, where to start. DONT MOVE HERE, I've been here for 1 1/2 and I regret renewing my lease & moving to a two bedroom. Worse experience for the price. Roaches, mice, fowl odors from my entire unit, sewage backup inside & out with stool, water from under flooring, cats having babies on your patios downstairs, toilet flooding, nets, OMG trash all over community, rude staff who ignores you. I've contacted corporate still no responding. I'm moving asap please look elsewhere not worth signing a one month lease. Parking horrible, countertop cheap, the property looks good when you are desperate, but soon as the lease is signed that it. I'm a living witness.... Neighbors nothing but -------- & Africans. Loud kids, pets etc. it's a mess here. WARNING STAY AWAY, n maintenance are so dumb no nothing!

DO NOT RENT HERE, THIS HAS BEEN THE WORSE APARTMENT EXPERINCE EVER. I WISH I HAD NEVER RENTED HERE. I TRULY REGRET THE DECISION TO MOVE HERE.

Hi i am a current resident at Sandpiper apts. When i first moved here they seemed nice understandable, and takes very good care of the problems that may occur in our UNITS. i was fooled. they have two pools yet they only keep the front one clean to attract people in to moving in. The back pool looks like a swap and its sad that the comments i see are not true. People are afraid to express how they feel with this conplex because the office make it seem like we could be put out for voicing our concerns and CONSTANTLY COMPLAINING about what their not doing. Over all i like where i live but what i dont like or except is ,,being told to my face that I'm lying on what's NOT being done. This complex has a HUGE RODENT PROBLEM. They dont realize that us neighbors talk and if several residents are complaning about something and the office tell them "oh well we havent heard ANYTHING from anyone else about such problem!" Thats BS!! We' ll go back to each other and repeat what u said and that person looking like are you serious. They on our butts for rent, and i understand. .but we are not just paying to stay here. Our money goes to way more in that includes MAINTANCE. Proper pest control.I was lied to my FACE today and it bothered me. And they have the nerve to give they laundry room two thumbs up...lol thats FUNNY. Have you seen them?.

Went in to apply and found a very pleasant staff. The property was well maintained with a crystal clean pool and clean grounds. I'd considered other more upscale apts. only to find rents through the roof and found this property almost by mistake. Other properties Bragg of their "amenities" however do not be fooled. This place has easy bus access and even more important to me, bike trails and neighborhoods so peacefully quiet that you can't hear the sounds of the traffic that permeates this big city. I wish to shout out to Ms. Augustina and her co workers for the low pressure sales pitch when filling me in on the property. I heartily endorse them and anyone looking for affordable renting must give them the first call when looking to upgrade at a fair price. Yours cordially, L. Bedingfield
