I am a resident from Sandpiper Apartments, I live here for one yea r and 2 months. I have no complaints and office takes care of my problems in my apartments. I plan to live here for a long time. Management does good job. Sincerely, James Mayberry

I've been here at for two year and decided to renew my lease. When I first moved in they were changing management and went I went to renew the same was going on. That should have been my clue to run for the hills. But here I am. I moved to a bigger unit after two months of repeat calls to the manager ----- to get another unit. I was told it was a long wait because of water damage. After I moved I the unit I began to have a awful smell in the unit. I had to repeat call management for someone to come and check it out. They ended up replacing the bottom of the wallin the kitchen because there was mild there. Wait there's more.... So after replacing the wall I was still smelling it. So I start moving things around in the kitchen and there was mold underneath the sink. They came out and cleaned it after I wrote a complaining letter and had ----- sign it to document what had been happening in the unit. Sooooo even after they did that it still smelled like mold. ----- eventually industrial cleaned the apartment a month me constantly complaining. That still did nothing. When talking to ----- she had the audacity to imply that it was my fault the unit was that way because I rushed her to move me in when they were fixing the person that lived in the unit before me water damage. She is the manager , I am the resident. If she needed more time then it was here responsibility to say just that. Ok. So I have to get moved in another unit because even after the cleaning it still smelled of mold. Move into that unit and two days in I notice I have mice. Mice yo the point that I can't leave anything that can be chew through in my pantry. All my good has to be left on my counter. And then it takes forever for someone to come look for holes. And hen I get told that they don't provide traps for the mice. I'm just getting rid if the mice but my issues with the complex still continues. So it is the middle of the summer and those two pools that they boast as part the amenities here, DON'T WORK!!!!!! I've been calling since May about them and today I get told by ----- that they need to be fixed and won't be working this summer. That is assinine. Summer does not just happen. Everyone knows what months the summer occurs in. Whatever the issues were they should have been fixed for the summer. Come on it's Texas for Christ sake. It takes forever for minor things to get fixed. You don't want to live here. Please look for a decent place to live because when my lease is up , I will.

been here two years termites are eating my wood,they just came and patched it up after 2 months of calling.----- the manager very unprofessional.they dont fix anything,pool is never open,trash everywhere and the maintenance drinks more than they work.every 2 weeks we have a new manager and ----- the manager now sits her --- at desk all day never walk the property to see whats going on.dont move here bad xhoice..

Did not have apartment I was looking for... but girls in the office were friendly and apartments were clean will go back.
