Neighborhood: Grounds: Office Staff: NO.NO.NO. Management of this Ashford Stancliff park apartments (Ashford) is horrible & They will raise the rent every time you want to renew the lease $75-$100 even $200 lately They also charge you for parking. 98%; of their parking is paid. No parking at all for your guest. The apartments is very old... Full of BED BUGS in almost each and every UNIT. ALL the appliances &; electric wiring, counters are rotten and major safety hazard specially the electric wiring. These apartments are fixer &; fixer and painted over and over again. Hot Water / Boilers are Very Very old and Almost Every Week the repairs are needed without any notice water shuts down for hours. These apartments are not worth even $400 a month for 2 bedroom. They have their employees / friends do the positive reviews online to get benefits. Free Electricity is a trick, you can get these benefits from Govt if you qualify for low income. Also, the Mosque (Prayer Hall) is also a trick to over charge you 100"s of Dollars in the the Rent. Older and retired people do not have transportation and they fall for this trick. This and several other apartments are owned by the same white colar group of community leaders/investors who are over appraise the property to get the illegal loans with the help of inside bank/SBA connections, flipping these properties within the group to cheat the Government and housing authorities millions of dollars. Majority of the Renters here are paid by government or their Agha Khani community, 1st time renter, no papers or credit. That is why they are been abused to live at this filthy place and have no choice. Unless if some one takes an action and report them, they will continue to win.

The location is perfect for me because of the easy access to the freeway and there are many groceries stores nearby. The staff is super friendly and always have been very helpful. There's easy access to the gates and the parking lot has security. I like the location of the apartment and plus they have a park nearby.

The Staff Here is wonderful very welcoming and the property is great! I've been living Here for a few months I've had some small maintenance issues but they are quick to come and fix. I would definitely recommend this place.

I have been living here for around 6 months I never had any major issue neither any roaches problem as I have read few comments below me about to coz i keep my apartment clean This property is so far so good in terms of security,noise and cleanliness.

Old property with lots of issues. Management is also pain. They don't listen. Advice, at this price look for something else you will find better.

This is the worst apartment complex has mold issues, office and maintainer crew is just off the street Joes no parking rude Indian owner / managers they think tanents are animals with no rights once you sign a lease you are stuck. This is no place to live or raise your family. Worst place. Resident

Big no to these apartments as they are the nastiest ppl ever seen or dealt with no maintenance at all and rents are high with every passing month, spelt management ppl are horrible never even think of it.

i never stay again into this apartment. They don't come for maintenance on time. i lost my good credit because they put anonymous balance on my debt. This is ridiculous.
