: This is my 5 to 6 reminder about the cat ---- in front of my door. I told youll to plaster it or take away the sand from the front door. It stinks like ---- and I have kid at home she is getting allergy because of it. Do youll seriously want to work on it or again I have to post this on social media. I want to give some information about the accident that happened with me, I have come here to live 2 months ago, and as soon as I came, someone tried to steal my brother's car parked in the parking lot and also caused a lot of damage. Because of this and due to my not having any security, we have suffered such a huge loss, when we talked to the leasing office, they say that it is not our responsibility, and they put the reason for the parking lights being switched off on their corporate office. , I had informed them about the lights being switched off through an email a month ago, but till now no one has come forward, you should consult many people before buying a house here, so that later you do not regret it like me, i also share proofs

It's your lucky day if you get hot water, even on winters. The heater doesn't work and the service requests are of no help. The place is infested with roaches, can't wait to move-out. They didn't even bother providing us with a clean apartment before we move-in. Parking is another big issue in the complex.

after new management its pathetic.. wont reccomend to anyone. im living here from past 3 years .. never had any problems.. but after new management its being hell here.. they dont know how to speak .. or to manage anything..

I am living in this apartment from 2 yrs now,this year I decided to move out due to parking spot issues.i called my apartment office 2 months ago to give my 60 days notice Masood leasing agent spoke to me and told me there would not be any rent increase with 1 year renewal .infact he called me back same day and confirmed ,that he checked with management there will be NO RENT increase, also offered me 1 month special parking. Told me from oct 1st -2021 .we have new parking rules. TODAY 10-20-2021 / now 10 days left to my lease TO EXPIRE . manjot from apartment office calls me now ..30 mins back and says the corporate has asked us not to renew your lease. I need to know how was this decision made..In Fact as per majot she is doing me a favor and will let me stay for $100 rent increase. WHAT IS THIS ? Need a reply fROM OWNER or corporate office to understand how this decision was made ?? WHY IS THIS DISCRIMNATION ?? The new manager salima govani very very mean .not profssional at all. Car windows are being broken in the middle of the night .and the office will not take responsibility. Instead she says " what you want the security you do? Drive around all night? I think the corporate should hire trained people as managers . There are 3 cars that were vandelized . This is not a safe place to live anymore . Very very dissapointed.

Hello, I had booked Community Centre on 12/16/2018 and i am pretty dissappointed the condition in which i got it....All my guest were to disappointed to as the floors and chairs were dirty, Lights not working chair's arm rest broken. Me and My Wife had to clean the place..I had paid $200 $100 as a rent and $100 as a Deposit. They do not accept your couriers, we have to go to the post office to collect our stuff I need a total Refund as i did not pay for such kind of place.

The best apartments to live in. Staff is really , poonam and dipsha are really helpful, they helped me whenever i needed help related to my apartment. Its secure too as security officer is always at the front.

11/29/14 I have this A/C Unit issue since day one and I have been complaining about this. Recently, it was a limit. The A/C guy show up in the apartment without seeking our permission to enter. This didn't happen first time, a decent man knocks the door and request the entry. Secondly, he didn't do his job right at first and on his second visit he was mad. What are you mad for Ac guy? this is your job, if you don't like it leave it. What is that horrible attitude for? Before I forget, I doubt their competency in doing work. At the same time, I also had requested Fridge issue, smart guy turn the fridge to 9 (top) setting. Next day, my veggies and other perishable food turn into rock solid and then wasted. Most disgrace was he said we are lying, We don't have anything to lie to you if you don't have knowledge and experience it's is your problem not mine. I just had a word with manager he sound very rude to me. Other office staff are complete lairs. Property is old. Indo-pak community very friendly and nice people that made this community better place or else vice versa. Apartment over all is in bad shape, closets and kitchen are small. Parking issue is the biggest and remember they will tow your car. Rent is going crazy high for 40 years old apartment. Update 8/17/16 Thank God, I am move out. After giving them clean apartment. Manager said kitchen top had some spot where paint is wash off. I am going to charge you $100. When ask it was wear and tear, he said then I will take of the charge and charge you for carpet cleaning, wall painting etc. I inform him it is your job to do it as I paid you rent. He was like No. I feel sorry for property owners that they get fooled by such managers and hire them. And I also feel sorry for manager with so limited knowledge and he can't even differentiate between wear and tear and damage on property. I was other people trying to get in touch with manager and the reply they get is manager is busy, my question to all the residents and owners of the property is for what is your manager so busy all year around. I don't see him doing anything. Anyways, what is done is done. I lot $100 of my hard works pay. I don't want anyone else to loose it. Piece of advice, use up your security deposit before you leave. Worst come scenario you will have to pay your late invoice. But they will not be able to cheat you.

Apartments are ok. Staff is horrible and rude. So call manager has 15 years of so call experience. Talking to him sounds like 15 hours of experience. They have no idea what is going on with the residents or ex residents accounts. It's been 4 months since I moved out and I'm still waiting for my security deposit for 300 bucks. Manager is always in a meeting or busy. When he speaks to you he will say he will call u in couple of hours or a in a day. Then forgets about you. I do not recommend anyone signing up for these apartments.
