I've been reading about all these negative comments for the complex, but is not all that bad. I have been living here since 12/10 and so far is been good. Ms. Eve has never bothered me and I've never had a problem. If something needs attention it gets fixed in a reasonable time. I will say, however, that I have walked into the office when the manager has been dealing with some "questionable" characters and yeah she does need to handle people... but if you don't cause problems and pay your rent (like you're supposed to) then she will leave you alone. Overall it is a quiet place and all the neighbors are friendly...

IF YOU GO ON KPRC.COM FOR TODAYS HEADLINES (9/12/2011) IT SHOWS THAT A MAN WAS SHOT IN THE FACE DURING A ROBBERY BY TWO MALES AND ONE FEMALE. IT HAPPEN IN DAYLIGHT JUST AFTER 8AM. PLEASE BE ON THE LOOK OUT FOR ANYTHING OUT OF THE NORM AND TRUCT NOBODY!!!!

If this is not in your had on that 30th day you have the right to sue her for 3 times the deposit refund amount, plus attorney fees, and a $100 fee. Contact any lawyer if you dont believe me.

Nice location / people are decent / management however is horrific / Has deal with towing company guest vehicles also towed / wouldn't recommend to my worse enemy!

Hello people in lived in Crescent Place for only 4 month before the landlord Eve Jordan illegally evictied me.You see I aam a felony and i had to pay extra to move in also,but this lady kept putting notices on my door,I paid my rent ea and every month.So I had lost my job and went to go get help to pay my rent.The case worker i had fax over all the paperwork to them,she did not fax they back i lost my job because of this.Well they sent her a check for my rent,a day before we went to eviction court she cashed the check,in which I dont know she got it.I called my case worker after i came out of court and asked her did they send the check and shwe said yes.I had my case worker call Eve and asked her did they receive the check and she said NO,WE DID NOT GET NOTHING FROM YOU !!!!so my case worker said ok we will put a stop payment on the check.Come to find out that Ms. Evge cashed that check and llied to the judge in court by saying that they did not get that money.She have done people like this before,but this time she in NOT GONA TO GET AWAY WITH STEALING FOR PEOPLE WHO IS TRYING TO DO THE NEXT RIGHT THING.......SO IM LOOKING FOR A ATTONEY TO MAKE CRESCENT PLACE PAY....
