i have been a resident here for 7 years. I will start off by saying with the new managment came a big difference. In the short time we have seen so much change. The customer service is excellent. Calling backs for maintenance orders are the best. I was caught off giard when i saw the office calling but to hear it was to see how the work was overall that the maintenance man did in my apt. Showed me that they actually care about there people. I have spoke with other neighbors and wveryone is so excited to see what the future has in store. The pool has never been open the whole time I have lived here. My grandkids never want to come over because of that reason. When I saw that the pool is now open made tears of joy come down because now my grand kids will never want to leave.

When I first walked into the office a couple of weeks ago I meet Christopher For the 1st time. It was just like a breath of fresh air. I am so happy and relieved when I do come in to the office and greeted with a smiling face. I want to say good luck to Christopher and all staff memebers. I so happy they are under new management.

I came into the Crescent Place Apartments to try and lease a apartment the manager Eve Jordan and I talked I told her my situation and she told me she was going to work with me and I had to pay a higher deposit this was even before I took her any money I finally took her 400 dollars to hold the apartment Dan the flonky called me the next day and told me someone had paid a deposit on another unit and Eve had not heard from them so she released the apartment and I could move in that unit he told me to get the lights on which I did and the next day she called me and told me she's not going to rent me the apartment and she was keeping my deposit but I'm not just going to lay down and let her take my money you might as well get ready Eve you been doing this for a long time But the Buck stops here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How could you take from people and still get up the next day like nothing happen God sitting high looking low your day is coming soon......

Cresent place apartments is the VERY VERY VERY worst place to live in houston that i have experienced since 2004.. 1St and fore most the manager is very rude, liud and disrespectful... Has no customer service skills at all.. Its all about money, her way or no way. For the rest of the management team they just enforce her rules because she's the BOSS,even tho they know she can be a bit too much with the way she talks and handle attendants. Dont want to replace a what damaged in the apt;just trys to salvage every little piece of what ever it is instead of replace the whole sheet rock due to mold forming in my apt. If u r behind in ur rent,dont ask to have anything fixed in ur apt until u r current and have no due balance... In the summer of 2013 i was behind in rent about $200, the shut off my A/C unit until i caught up my rent,and she knew my dog was in the apt... smh.. i d dont even know why i renewed another 6mth lease... i guess thinking ppl and things do change.. O NO... LOL this place stays and stayed the same... Im paying Galleria prices in the hood with crime of some sort every week. Ive experience living here thru an homicide December 2013.... I wouldn't recommend no one to live in such an unprofessional complex.. Not even the homeless...

MY first impression,(2nd chance residents only) --------i just made a call to attempt to view the property and spoke with Eve wow she is CRAZY she used profanity on the phone with me and went on a rant about issue about the residents that live there. I would not be making any stops by this place NO. good luck if you make any contracts with is place.

I LIVED IN CRESCENT PLACE AND I WAS ROBED AT GUN POINT ON CHRISTMAS EVE IN THE DAY TIME THATS WHY i LEFT AND BROKE MY LEASE

The manager Eve Jordan only care about one thing an one thing only "MONEY" She wont even run a back ground check on u long as u have lots of money an able to pay an extra deposit quess what u APPROVE.. I was at home sleep on my off day from work one day to wake up the the police kicking in my next door neighbors door looking for him come to find out the man was a Registered Sex offender!!!! Eve did not even run a back round check on this man...for 3months i been staying next to a sex offender with my 2 little girls.. she's dirty she will find any reason to make extra money off u so be aware of the -----....

This place is nice it's the management that sucks.. They suffer from CRS, she never talk to you on a professional level. It's always her way or mo way at all... She lies, Dan stated they wasn't fixin stuff in our apartment bc of a low deposite, like really. The Carpet is horrible damn roaches are taking over. I'm more than happy to be leaving this place.. A week ago my kids got an eye full of a guy and and girl giving oral Sex in broad open daylight. She charging 50 for a gate card and their only worth 10.00.. The pool is never cleaned nor open. The stove worked improperly the pots would slide off the eye which was dangerous bc I have Small kids. The water is often brown and smell awful. I could go on and on but I just called the rental asso. Enough complaints will get her out of here "Fact"!!! If she tells u something you better get it in writing bc she will deny saying it..

I've been here since 05 there hasn't been any murders so stop that lie... but the manager is a snake... won't paint,don't clean carpet,will put a lock on your door for 20.00.. she wants u to snich on other residents. Pool is never open.. roaches are horrible and rent is high.. your car will get towed no doubt.... so think twice

I have found the management staff to be accommodating when all parties stay good to their word. Pay your rent. watch your neighbors back. encourage your neighbors to do the same. let management staff know when your unit needs some form of work done. if you break it and you are capable of fixing it... fix it. clean up behind yourself. be respectful with the noise level. ask your visitors to do the same. when you see someone is breaking the law... tell the proper authorities. help make the environment safer for others. as far as the apartment complex is concerned, its alright. there are worse places to live, unfortunately.
