I really enjoy living in the Island Terrance so much, I moved back in! :) I moved out because I wanted to live in a two-flat Aad building but changed my mind after I discovered how bad my Landlord's attempts of keeping the heat up where. The Aad was beautiful, but it just didn't feel like home to me. There was also an issue with safety and transportation. My neighbor and I both experienced break ins, both to which no one Knew anything about. I don't worry about safety or transportation anymore because the Terrance is always well lit, spotless and the buses run down Stony, a straight shot to my job. Plus, the views of the Chicago sky lines are amazing. I think I missed the tranquility of looking out over the water in the morning more than anything. Ms. Molton and her staff are wonderful. They have always treated me with respect and courtesy.
