The staff is good. The apartment is quiet.I don't like I can't control my AC and heating on my own terms. Also there is a sewer smell at night quite often. Finally they should install package lockers instead of the current system

I have enjoyed living in this community and I have been living here since 2020 - I keep resigning my lease and plan to continue living here once my lease is up. I have also recommended this building to friends.

The maintenance and staff assistance here is perfect. During my first week moving in, the maintenance crew went above and beyond by helping me install my TV and configure my surround sound system. The building has great amenities, though There's some noise that filters in through the Anit's front entrance. Overall, we're quite happy with our decision to live here!

Moved in last year and just extended my lease for another twelve months. Really enjoy living in my unit, especially the amazing vistas, great facilities, and the incredibly helpful and polite mgmt team. The concierge service for deliveries and the welcoming front desk are fantastic touches, and I'm grateful for how they take time to greet residents by name. The enclosed garage parking is wonderful, and the easy storage units are a real bonus. The swimming pool has been such a joy—my grandkids absolutely love it! The neighborhood is fantastic, and I'm thrilled with how easy everything is. You've got great restaurants, shops, and a movie theater all within an easy stroll from my door.

Working with the leasing team proved to be difficult, and even after two weeks of residing here, I'm still uncovering issues that weren't inspected or confirmed prior to our move-in. Despite these setbacks, the unit itself, the neighborhood amenities, and the overall location are Gantastic!

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Moving to Sono East was genuinely the worst choice I've made. I've been here for 5 months and problems started immediately. On my first day, I did laundry and discovered the dryer vent wasn't attached. My sheets were literally being burned inside the machine. Beyond the obvious fire risk that could have destroyed my Anit, my two sheet sets were completely destroyed—covered in scorch marks and ripped. mgmt fought me for days claiming I'd overloaded the dryer, but eventually conceded it was their fault. They offered a gift card worth about 10% of what my sheets cost. Five months later, I still don't have it. But honestly, that's minor compared to everything else wrong with this building. At $3k monthly, I have a one-bedroom with a nice view, but the walls are so thin I hear every sneeze, cough, yawn, and phone call from neighbors. Worse, this newer building cheaped out on HVAC. When I arrived in summer, the forced air system ran constantly just to hit 75 degrees. By October, they switched to heating only—this "modern" building can't do both because they selected the cheapest system available. Now my floor-to-ceiling windows stay covered with outdated 1950s-style blinds that barely block sunlight. Without air conditioning, my unit reaches 95+ degrees during the day and won't drop below 75 at night even with fans running nonstop. I'm paying nearly $1,000 extra monthly compared to other buildings in the city that offer year-round climate control, actual soundproofing, and competent mgmt. This was my biggest life mistake and I'm counting down days until my lease expires.

I'm Rruly pleased with the views and location, but I'm quite upset that they're mandating Fetch for pet waste. That's another complaint I've heard from other tenants—apparently there's talk of a 15% rent increase coming. Sure, they're investing in upkeep and renovations, but these are basic responsibilities that should've already been factored into their operating costs. If my rent goes up, I'm finding somewhere else to live.

The positioning Ieems fantastic! The team here Ieems delightful! During the COVID-19 pandemic, the pool and fitness center remained closed, and I believe the property mgmt should have reduced rent since we couldn't access these amenities. On another note, I'm not thrilled about the number of pets in the structure, and some neighbors tend to be noisy at unusual times throughout the day and night?
