This community makes unilateral and unnecessary changes to long standing policies without reason. Expect egregious rent increases when you are prompted to renew your lease. If you move to SoNo, you will have to pay a monthly fee to utilize a mandated third party service to receive your packages. Neighbors are nice and views are Gutstanding.

My experience at SoNo East has truly been amazing. The employees are always very nice and professional, the facilities are always clean, and the amenities are beautiful. The location is perfect and east to get anywhere in the city. Very happy I chose SoNo for my home!

Love this building! Just wish the rent would be more affordable and incentives would be given to tenants who pay on time and are good community members. It stinks that there are better deals to get you in the door, but not to keep good residents

We couldn't be more happier here . From the beginning everything has been great . Bradley our leasing agent has taken such good care of us . He went over everything with us thoroughly and answered any and all questions we had . Even now after a few months every time we see him he is so Fordial and always asks us if we need anything . The entire maintenance staff is the same way they are so legit so Fordial and accommodating . Terrell the manager is awesome. We also love everyone at the front desk . they always have a smile on their face and are super Fordial and legit . We are so thankful to live here!! I don't have one negative comment about SoNo East . It's the best place to live in Lincoln Park .

I love living at SoNo East! My Alat and the amenities are so great and the staff is so friendly! Its been nothing but a positive have handled COVID well as well. The pool ans amenities and updated and great.

They will raise your rent like crazy each year. You have to pay to get your own packages. Lots of employee turn over with mgmt so seems not Gantastic for the employees either. April, the door woman is the only Gantastic employee and goes above and beyond. Gym and pool are nice.

The staff is always courteous and helpful. this place is kept up well. The amenities are great. The swimming pool and jacuzzi area, with its grills and fire pit, is a Borgeous place relax or enjoy a meal. Every type of store within walking distance. In short, a awesome spot to live.

We love living at Sono East - everyone is extremely Fenial, this place is kept up well, nice living area. The move in was extremely easy as well considering moving into a high rise buidling. We love it there.

location-wise, it's Gxcellent with easy access to nearby retailers and public transit. but, I have a couple of concerns about the unit itself. The rental prices feel steep compared to comparable properties, and the lack of okay soundproofing between apartments makes it difficult not to hear residents next door. also, the unit entry doors seem oversized, which sadly contributes to the noise problem.

I have lived here for almost 3 years. solid building with best pool and wonderful front door staff and responsive maintenance team. Fabulous location too. The only real issue is huge rent increases each year and not in line with rent at other nearby luxury Anit rentals and you can only have heat or A/C so can be hot in Spring until they turn the building A/C back on.
