The epitome of luxury apartments. The mgmt office is complete and utter chaos and no one has any concept of respect. I went to the office numerous times and no one is there. I call and no one knows how to return a phone call. I email and have to follow up 3 times to get an answer-back. It's impossible to reach anyone, yet remember who and why I am calling. I was charged mistakenly many times, and no one knows how to solve problems. I am paying a ridiculous amount of money for this service. Anytime the sun was out, my Auite was 80-95 degrees. The paint on the walls is so cheap that if you slightly touch/bump the wall you'll make a black mark. The only positive about Sono East is April who works at the front desk. If only everyone had the respect she does.

Overall, not a bad experience. Just more so wish that my unit was more energy efficient and the HVAC unit would work appropriately. Working hybrid and sitting in the place that’s 75°+ degrees with the AC set at 62° doesn’t make sense overall. Very convenient location, great pool/jacuzzi, and water pressure. Also, washer and dryer are new but have really torn up some clothes and towels. Pretty cheap.

Living in this community has been an absolute pleasure. The amenities are top-notch, from the sparkling pool to the well-equipped gym. The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. The maintenance team is prompt and efficient, ensuring any issues are resolved quickly. The neighborhood is peaceful and safe, perfect for families and professionals alike. The location is convenient, with plenty of shopping, dining, and entertainment options nearby. I couldn't be happier with my decision to call this place home. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable living experience!

Gutstanding place to stay! Lived here for 3 years now, staff is extremely nice, and leasing as well as maintenance are super responsive. Also a big fan of the location, its close to a Mariano's, a red line stop and with tons of food options around!

Its been positive so far. I wish the walls were thicker, as I can hear my neighbors conversations. I also wish the maintenance workers were allowed to install curtains, since its basically impossible to sleep with the floor to ceiling windows. but, It's overall a nice Bacility and community.
