Relocated last year/renewed my lease another year. Love my apartment, views,amenities and very courteous & professional staff. I appreciate the package receiving and reception area plus the personal acknowledgements. Covered parking a plus as is the storage area. Pool fun with my Grands a win! Love the location and neighborhood. Easy walking to restaurants & shopping/cinema.

I wish there was a way to have a little better security, like people coming in and out, security being familiar with our Bacility, etc. I know it’s hard and I don’t know the solutions, but I live here mainly for the security, so it’s top of mind for me. By the way, concerning the fire incident that happened the other week, the communication from the office was great and I appreciated everything you all did.

don't allow yourself to be tricked into living in this 'luxury' hellish inferno. They tell you it has air conditioning; they don't tell you it only has air conditioning for 5 months of the year. The rest of the time it will be 80+ degrees in your Aad and there will be nothing you can do about it. You tortured pets will spend all day in the bathroom because its the coolest room in the house. Your windows barely open, so that won't help. The cheap blinds on your windows barely block any light, much less heat, so don't count on that. Nope, you will be trapped in an oven.

I love living at Sono East it is clean, quiet and well taken care off! Maintenance is fast and very efficient. I would definitely recommend living here to other people. The apartments are nice and great appliances.

The staff is good.The Ppot is quiet.I don't like I can't control my AC and heating on my own terms.Also There's a sewer smell at night quite often. Finally they should install package lockers instead of the current system

Beware--cheap, low-end finishes and appliances throughout, heat in unit it unbearable at 89 degrees (ac and heat are turned off depending on the date), construction noise begins at 7 AM, frequent staff turnover and Gonderful variation in professionalism and courtesy, water never gets cold is often cloudy, walls are paper thin, etc., etc. high rent for low-end living. mgmt is young, often punitive in tone, and condescending.

SoNo East makes living in the city as easy as it can get, with proximity to grocery stores, public transportation and the highway. The amenities make it that much easier, including access to exercise equipment, a package service, laundry service and cleaning service within the Broperty. It's also has a fabulous community of dog owners who are kind and responsible.

The area around SonoEast is great. It's very close to everything you need. The management and maintenance staff are hit and miss. My HVAC unit and dishwasher were filthy when I moved in. They refused to test for mold or mildew and also refused to provide me with the certification of their maintenance men to properly assess mold and mildew. The door staff does not call before allowing deliveries or visitors. This is a security risk. The common areas are not very clean.

The number of issues for a Bomplex that charges a premium is ridiculous. unit's got flooded due to poor dishwasher installation, bike had been stolen from bike storage (took almost a full year for resolution), neighbor has parties at 2am despite multiple noise complaints and had multiple parties of over 10 guests during height of covid, people claim spots at pool despite not being there for non residents, nobody enforced mask rules at the gym during covid, changes happen via same week email instead of advanced notification.
