NOTHING is more satisfying for a high rise dweller than to experience a competent and service focused concierge and I’ve found that here at SPOKE specifically with Kenny. His cheerful disposition and care is not lost on me and frankly, infectious. I mean who’s concierges has welcomed their resident home by singing Happy Birthday...the good version? Mine...KENNY! As a new member to this community, I’m grateful to experience this level of care and kindness especially during current times and as a business owner, I recognize Kenny’s value. Having a team member that supports and practices your company’s vision is rare and Kenny is a gem. He has certainly helped to smooth over the few hiccups in my move here and I’m thankful. Do yourself a favor and find another "luxury" building that actually puts Tenants first. The staff here is the opposite exact opposite of what you would expect with a concierge (except Jonathan who is great). They interact with residents as if you are lucky to live here. Shocking the building is at 60% occupancy. I was recently told I couldn't park in on of the 3 spots "parking for new spoke tenants only" for 5 min at midnight and now I know why. Same staff member parking in one of the spots prior to her shift and blocking a handicap spot with a cone Will not be renewing my lease.

Tub has been dirty since we moved in and they will not address it. Constant fire alarms keeping you up all hours of the night and it's just one of the major noise issues. There's not any true sound proofing between units, you hear everything from next door. Management deflects and doesn't care - no action taken by them. They take our money but won't fix the issues.

I've been living at Spoke for 16 months (resigned my lease in January) and no lie, I truly love living here. It's not just a place you come and go; it's a home where you find community. I would highly recommend it. Location is ideal. Just steps to the blue line, 56 and 66 buses. The 65 and 8 buses are about a half mile walk either SE or W. Between those 5 options, they can get you access to most places across the city.. it's super convenient. The Bozzuto team will do anything to make living at Spoke comfortable, safe, easy and fun. Irene, the DNA of the Concierge team (shout out to Jonathan too - he's awesome!) and Spoke's Resident Events Coordinator Extraordinaire, will do anything and everything within her capabilities to make a resident happy and bring awesome events to the residents. Between the monthly Pawpy Hours for the dogs, weekly food truck sightings onsite, Rose & Roses Bachelor Nights, summer pool parties, summer movie nights on the 4th floor terrace/pool, casino nights... the amount of activities are really endless. Irene goes above and beyond to make the resident experience exceptional and because of her and the effort she puts in day in and day out to make a resident happy in their own home, it keeps me in the building. The maintenance team (Alex) is always super friendly and is so helpful whenever there may be an issue and is quick to respond. On top of an awesome resident community, the amenities are amazing! The pool, hot tub, gym and Peloton room are unlike any other luxury apartment buildings I've seen in Chicago. The Family Room, Skylounge and Venue amenity spaces are awesome; I just wish it didn't cost a fortune ($125/hour) to rent the space to residents. We already pay a lot to live here, we shouldn't have to pay that much to rent out those spaces. I find the hourly rate to be unreasonable. The one thing this neighborhood needs is a grocery store!!! Please please please! Someone in the leasing office needs to get more aggressive with getting a Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Goddess and the Grocer or something comparable, to rent out the commercial space in 738 N Morgan as well as the retail spaces along Milwaukee. Some sort of Pilates or yoga studio next to OTF, then a restaurant on the corner of Milwaukee and N Morgan would be perfect! We don't have anything besides CVS and that's not a grocery store. A grocery store is literally the only thing missing in our neighborhood and we have the space to make it happen so that should be a top priority for the leasing team.

I really enjoy the building. The grounds are well cleaned and smell great. The amenities are high end and usually available. The unit itself is clean and modern. The public/shared spaces are very nice and useful. Very pleased with living here. I will definitely renew my lease and I would highly recommend this community to a friend or family

Apartment are not worth the money you pay. You will get a great view and friendly staff. There are structural concerns. They are slow to correct issues and do not deal with complaints well. Noise level is a concern.

We have had excellent interactions with the property manager, Dallas, and the front desk, specifically Jonathon. The maintenance team has gone above and beyond in helping personally with maintenance requests, but also with keeping the building clean. Our unit is beautiful and has a great layout. The only concern we have had is with other residents has been them being inconsiderate and thinking the rules of the building do not apply to them, for example smoking in their unit, letting their dog pee on the planters in front of the door, etc.

Amazing service! You can tell front desk staff cares about you and is looking out for your best interest. Always polite and responsive. Great amenities as well, including outdoor area and gym. Also communicates well with what is going on in the building and alerts you of any potential issues. Only downside is that you can hear neighbors occasionally

Spoke is a great way to live like you are on a resort just steps away from the loop. You can escape to your pocket of the world and yet be close to it all in the outside world. The cleaning team is always on their game, maintenance staff reacts quickly to your needs, and office staff is friendly and works hard to create a community. I definitely feel like my stress levels went down when I moved here!

Love the community! The closet space is exactly what I needed, and no other property was able to give me. I wish the kitchens offered more storage and island options. The people who work for the building are all so sweet and helpful.
