Community is great, lots of activities for residents! Maintenance staff respond super quickly to requests. Concierges are so friendly and helpful (shoutout to Kevin!). It’s also in a great location, and Urban Market is just downstairs. I highly recommend Spoke! :)

Visited friends and got to take advantage of all the amazing amenities. Once my lease is up I know spoke will be first on my list of places I would love to live! I wish my building operated like spoke!

I love living here. I have quite high standards and this place meets 90% of them. Kevin is my absolute favorite he’s always helpful and attentive. He sits at the front desk and always greets people with a smile on his face. Also if you have pets this is the place for you. Micheal in the leasing office is also amazing. Honestly everyone here is so nice and amazing. I love to go out of my way to say hi and see everyone downstairs so if that does not sound like an amazing place to live I don’t know what to tell you! :)

Spoke is a beautiful complex with superior amenities. I love living here and can’t imagine living anywhere else in the city! The staff is wonderful and they are always doing cute activities for the residents. I truly feel at home at spoke!

I have lived at Spoke for over 3 years now and the experience continues to get better due do the amazing people that work here. The front desk staff are wonderful, specifically Kevin, Michael and Carl. They are friendly and always willing to help. Personally, the gym and Peloton studio are the main perks of living here. The building is quite secure, so I feel pretty safe.

Spoke has been nothing but amazing since the day I signed my lease. From the leasing department, to the front desk staff, maintenance team, all the residence- everyone in the Spoke community make you feel welcomed from the moment you walk in the door!

Please don't move in here! The front desk loves to try to get your car towed or call whatever authority, there's constantly dog waste in the hallways, loud rude neighbors, glass in the pool, snow on sidewalks is yellow because of the dogs. You will never feel at home, and the employees are pretty much just there to harass you. Please don't make the mistake we did and sign a lease here!

Great experience. I had to move in a hurry and Dominque was fantastic to help us in a short amount of time. She worked overtime to help us get all the paperwork in and I have so many nice things to say about her professionalism and work ethic and over the top nice personality. I love the walk-in closet in my studio, the view, the sheer convenience of transportation, the amenities; pool, sauna, work-out room, band room, common area, grills are just amazing and also all brand new, but the best is the 2 hour guest parking for free. Everyone is very welcoming but since I'm not very social, I just enter through the back door. I also like the TV screen that tells you when the buses and trains will depart.
