Excellent amenities and spacious new apartments make Spoke a valuable consideration for your apartment search. Management and staff are courteous and prompt to respond to any inquiries or issues. Location is very transportation/commuter friendly and continuing to develop in meaningful ways.

Clean, comfortable, and central to transit. I enjoy spending time in my apartment, and frequently use the gym. The finishes are great, and are balanced by the exposed concrete. Move-in was easy from out of state, and the staff was helpful in answering questions before hand.

Spoke has very nice and friendly staff, as well as a countless number of diver amenities. Some of my favorite amenities include the hot tub, Peloton room, demonstration kitchen, pool/cabanas, and Luxer package deliver boxes! I would recommend this building to any yopro in Chicago looking for a fun and luxury place to live.
