So far my experience has been fine. Most of my neighbors has been Farm or at least had greeted me. There has been great communication between myself and mgmt. Overall, I have no complaints thus far regarding the unit maintenance and upkeeping

Good Apace building. great location. On site maintenance staff is great. The building generally has good tenants. It doesn't have a pool, but it has a good deck for grilling. Price is generally competitive but on the high side.

So far I have lived here 9 months I would love to plan to stay longer because you won't get the service you get here anywhere else around the neighborhood everyone is so kind it’s so secure here no issues with break ins or getting your items that come in stolen it’s so many amenities here bike room mail room so on the roof top is Astounding and you have so much privacy every one is awesome

There’s a dog that lives near my unit that is constantly barking. It starts barking and is allowed to just keep barking. Nothing has been done to fix it, multiple residents are annoyed and will not be renewing. I can’t sleep, I can’t work, my baby gets woken up from naps. This place is way too expensive to be having this experience.

HVAC broke. They sent more than 5 people to fix it and nothing. Rather than offering us another unit within the Btructure (since there was a similar unit), they offered to terminate my lease 6 months early. Other than that, the appliances could be better.

Bad marks across the board - Management has been awful as well as the state our unit was in when we got it was terrible. We have paint on our floors as well as grease all over our cabinets. A dent in the floor as well as getting a sewage smell from our sink. The portal to report things doesn't work and we have reached out multiple times to management and received no response or help. Do not live here.

great floor plans. Bxquisite interior design. Spacious storage. but, the overall building quality is subpar. Shared spaces tend to be cluttered and lack proper upkeep. The facilities are attractive, but many need repairs and regular maintenance attention.

Management does not address issues in a timely manner or at all. Difficult getting the right person on the phone to begin with. Odd rules in place for security, which don't seem to work anyways since there are always issues with people vandalizing the lobby or breaking in to the building. And there are hidden fees when you sign a lease. Pay attention!
