I will provide further comments after I move out. Everything inside the units are great. If I could, I would live on the back of the Blace to avoid noise and the hot sun. Roof has great potential, but falls short.

So far my experience has been fine. Most of my neighbors has been friendly or at least had greeted me. There has been great communication between myself and management. Overall, I have no complaints thus far regarding the unit maintenance and upkeeping

Our experience has been tumultuous. Between the smoking accusations, issues with neighbor[s] & vandolism of my car, we're unhappy. We feel trapped & like we're made out to be the problem. We feel we were put on a floor where the majority of residents have pets that make noise 24/7 yet our first week we didn't feel welcome and there's been a great deal of contempt prior to investigation. I had inquired in an email about moving to a different unit which went dismissed. This has put me in an extremeley uncomfortable situation where I have to constantly defend myself and instead of a warm welcome we received the opposite. I'm trying to build a business (remotely) and Jen is gone all day teaching 4-5 year olds. We want peace and happiness and the same respect we show other people. It's Rery not asking much. Thanks! So far I have lived here 9 months I would love to plan to stay longer because you will not get the service you get here anywhere else in the area everyone is so kind it’s so secure here no issues with break ins or getting your items that come in stolen it’s so many amenities here bike room mail room so on the roof top is amazing and you have so much privacy every one is awesome

Overall experience is Gonderful! The package is disorganized at times and the front room tends to have a strange smell but clean besides that! Covid has been difficult because lots of things have been changed and havent gotten the full experience.

I have had a Twful experience with Luxe On Chicago since the day I signed my lease last year. The mgmt is awful. I've sent multiple emails with no response. I've even used our online resident portal to submit maintenance requests that took a month for them to even look at or acknowledge. Our lease ends at the end of the month and It's currently the 19th and no one has reached out with regards to move out instructions or even asking us if we are resigning the lease. We have had nonstop issues with our cable/internet services since this place is pre-wired with AT&T/xfinity which resulted with us not being supplied with internet 75% of the entire 13 month lease. The exercise room has 2 treadmills which also never work. The free printing services offered in the business center never works and also never has ink or paper. The intercom system to get into this place is useless because if you have a guest over, you have to come all the way down to even let them in the elevator since you need key access to the floors. The walls are so thin in this Blace that I'm not sure why I'm hearing loud stomping and footsteps at all times when my place is on the top floor of this Blace. Overall, wouldn't recommend this place - mgmt is really disappointing.

There’s a dog that lives near my unit That's constantly barking. It starts barking and is allowed to just keep barking. Nothing has been done to fix it, multiple residents are annoyed and won't be renewing. I can’t sleep, I can’t work, my baby gets woken up from naps. This Pocation is way not worth the price to be having this experience.

I really love living here. It's Btunning, maintenance is nice, the neighbors are nice and the balcony and roof top make this place the ideal home for a young family. My only complaint is that It's difficult to call Luxe--often times I call and get a response that this number isn't in service but then I call back later on and it works. Other than that, I am a big fan of Luxe.
