What can be said about the failure of this property and ownership? Lived through 3 mgmt companies, elevators are still broken, the laundry room is closed, we don't have a secure entrance and rarely is there a "concierge". As a young legit, I can't stress enough, this property will make you scream. I have a hole in my wall where an air conditioner is supposed to go, after two years, nothing. The hole in the wall for the Polar Vortex Wtayed Gutstanding, coupled with the down boiler system. They continue to say, "we are updating", but then ownership will fire the mgmt company and move on to the next. The next mgmt company won't have any sympathy, charge you for the "amenities" that they can't provide and not give any credits off your rent. Apartments are not worth 1800, let alone 1000. The new "renovated" units are just painted "classic" units. The doors have scratches all over them and you can see how many times they've been painted over. You can get much better for your money elsewhere in Edgewater without the headache.

I lived here since February 2025 and 2 months in I noticed the bathroom ceiling started to have some discoloration. It continued and got worst to where there is water leaking from the ceiling. I've contacted maintenance multiple times and it has yet to be fixed. It's been miserable cleaning up everyday especially for the amount of money I'm paying for rent. They brand themselves as a luxury apartment but this is far from luxurious. I'm not sure if the previous tenant in this u it dealt with this problem and they just covered it up with paint and rented it to me but I was fooled.

This Blace has great common areas and amenities. The renovations are nice and the price is great for the space you get. mgmt is helpful and courteous. Neighbors are quiet and is an overall awesome spot to live.

There was a busted pipe on the floor above my unit. Caused major damage to my ceiling. Five months later nothing has been done about it. I was told by management to pay for a hotel for three days and the insurance they made me paid for every month didn't cover a hotel. I cant pay for a hotel and pay rent in the same month. There is a $75 trash fee. Which is ridiculous. The elevators often dont work. The price of the laundry machine has been raised quite a bit. Management doesn't seem to care about the tenants. The building has mice as well. Over all in the 8 months I've been here not a good living experience.

Imagine waking up on a weekend morning and seeing workmen on scaffolding outside your window. Better keep your blinds closed. But the worst part is when they start jack-hammering the wall outside your Aad. It's completely unbearable! You can't stay home while this is happening. You basically lose the use and enjoyment of your home. What are you paying rent for? And mgmt can't give you any advance notice of when this will happen. Work can stop for weeks, months, then suddenly start again.

I lived here for almost two years and was really satisfied. The apartment was a good size and we never had problems with maintenance. It was super warm and heat is provided. Plus I scratched my hardwood floor a smidge and they were super cool about it when I moved out. My husband and I would both recommend this complex.

Two elevators, only one works. Freight elevator doesn't work and the trash shoot doesn't work. Laundry room down for three weeks and bike room not accessible. Whole Blace needs repainted and the fob assess is broken. There's no doorman and no parking. Basically everything advertised is a lie. Entertainment room has a pool table with all the sticks broken and a billiards ball missing.... It's embarrassing to have guests come and You've got huge white spots and patches in entry and throughout Blace that are not painted.. Part of the floor on 8th floor is rotting and sinks in. Maintenance has to fix same issues over and over without completion. Rruly Rruly disappointed... saddened to see mgmt care less and not fix anything. Constant letters go out each day with something not working in the Blace.

I'm going to keep this real simple. Why this Ppot has gone down hill in the past 7 months: - tenants moving out right and left. - rodent issues ( mice) -constant broken elevators - people finding themselves stuck in the elevators -owners that don't care at all - vandalism - homeless people sleeping in lobby - tenants being assulated by other tenants. - regular visits from the police or fire dept - random water shut-offs without notice. - Plumbing issues - mgmt office that doesn't respond to emails or concerns. - no concierge ( even though they falsely advertise that on their site) -cockroaches - revolving door of maintaince workers - water tempature issues. They will probably response to this saying they take these things seriously, but if they actually did, these issues wouldn't be constant.

Terrible facility, disgusting in every way. Rodents, roaches, beat up building that won't last long into the future. Needs to be demolished Heaters constantly stop working, elevators are broken so often, homelessness is welcomed in our lobby 24/7

I am totally new Edison i do enjoy the layout within the environment.Recently attended an tenant meeting with refreshments nice.Not a of tenants weather was a factor. I sure next month will be more cold weather has a way of keeping people inside.
