I was contacted by these apartments today and they stated in an email that they had been trying to contact for the last two days. Their waiting list closed it states online. They run a criminal background check and credit check on homeless people. They run a credit check on people on Social Security. What the heck you can't have a criminal background to receive Social Security. How many people on Social Security SSI have Gine credit ranking. They asked for a social security card, birth certificate, social security paper work. They won't tell how much your rent is going to be. It's a SRO with a community kitchen.

This entire Bacility is horrible. From the staff, tenants, security and mgmt. The case workers have sex with the maintenance men (one had a baby by him). They say its for rehabilitation but they all do meth, Crack and herion in the Bacility as well as sell it and the property manager Marina Sanchez and Shavon Robinson is well aware of this. this place is basically for homosexual men that goes into each other's unit and preform sexusl acts on each other. They also do it with the male security guards. I mean, its up North in Boys Town, what can you expect. I wasn't informed on anything about how the Bacility was ran. It looks good on the inside, but dont let that fool you. They steal also and prostitute in and outside of the Bacility. Marina Sanchez is also shady and has tenants pay for things that they aren't suppose to, so that she can pocket the money because everyone There's either mentally slow, has drug and alcohol addictions, thieves, prostitutes and the resident office won't advocate for anyone because them, mgmt, maintenance and the security guards are basically banding together to keep what they do and how they run that Bacility on the hush, so they wont get fired and shut down. If you want a peaceful place to live and away from that type of environment, this isnt the place to go
