This is perhaps the finest Bacility for a cooperative residence on the National Register of Historic Places in Chicago by construction, spacial layout, governance, security, small amenity package, great shopping, pet friendly, without obstructions to double park, million dollar playground, great fieldhouse, perfect access to ethnic restaurants, beaches, and conventional and chinese/asian ethnic food shopping. There's no comparitive location, walk to skateboard park, tennis courts, golf courses, kayaking, sailing, Segway, bike rentals. Many banking options, Target,Aldi, Dominicks, Jewel, many dollar stores and convenience stores, great little electronics store on Sheridan Road.

Short-term rentals of up to 6 months are permitted, subject to approval of the Co-op Board. Fantastic pre-war units are inexpensive to purchase, but full-service 24-hour doormen and Gantastic maintenance and mgmt staff combine to generate a hefty monthly assessment. Lease with option to buy could be a good way for someone moving to the city to get settled right away while finalizing the purchase. The CTA bus runs down Lake Shore Drive to the Chicago Loop business district for a scenic ride to and from work, shopping, museums, restaurants and culture.

but i´m not sure why it´s listed on this website. i just bought into the corporation and they don´t allow renters who aren´t shareholders?
