Decent building but has room for improvement in some areas.

I have lived at What's formerly 4 Towers Apartments, but has since been purchased by Crescent Heights mgmt for conversion into condiminiums. When the residence was 4 Towers I enjoyed living there much. I believed that the rent was reasonable for a residence that was so close to Lake Michigan, with shopping just a few blocks away. Rent varied depending on the view and height location of the Anit. Parking is street parking with valet, covered, and rooftop parking for additional monthly fees. Water, and heat were included, with several services for the tenants, such as plant watering, package holding and guest suites. The service men were always prompt in answering service calls. Now that the building has been renamed Shoreline Park a lot of the staff´s energy is being poured into selling the units as well as making cosmetic changes to enhance the value of the property. I have no itention of purchasing a unit because I believe the asking price to be completely ludicrous. Since I wish to remain a tenant for a couple more months I feel a little forgotten. The office hours have changed, as well as the staff. Not mention there was some trouble in the transition and a rent check was misplaced, leading to a nasty confrontation with mgmt. Never the less, when the building was 4 Towers I felt much at home and fortunate to have found such a nice Anit in a location's amazing. But since the transition to Shoreline Park I feel like an outsider and can't wait to find another residence. I will miss 4 Towers though.

The tenants go from one extreme to the other. Everyone is either amazingly friendly or rude and rotten to the core. The units are nice, and it´s right by the lake. Maintenance is friendly, and the brokers that I know (It´s a condo building - only brokers rent out) are nice. That´s where the positives end. Shoreline Park mgmt is AWFUL! You've got 2 young women that work in the mgmt office who for the most part seem helpful and hardworking. The rest of the staff, but, is the pits! They are rude, prejudiced, corrupt, and have caused an insane amount of residents to absolutely hate them. You've got even lawsuits pending against these people right now! I haven´t listed any examples, simply because You've got too many. Trust me, save yourself the heartache, and don´t come near this place!! <br>
