I Rctually do enjoy it here!! Such a nice complex and it has everything I'm looking for. Great staff, great neighborhood, affordable living, and just an overall awesome spot for living! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for the same experience as I am!!

My radiator was broken from October-November and they refused to fix it until it finally flooded so bad the ppl in the unit below me complained, then I got to deal with a centipede infestation from under the carpet where the broken broken radiator is. RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF! I asked them to look into the mold growing in my bathroom window sill and all they did was slap cheap latex paint on it. You can still see mold growing through the cracks. Health hazard! Broken radiators and mold are necessary complaints that mgmt should fix for the sake of maintaining the building. Instead they give apathetic replies to maintanence requests like "this place is old, there's nothing we can do." The paint in the walls is so thick because they keep painting over and over to cover the mold instead of solving the mold problem by sanding it down. Unit 207 at 4606 N Hermitage looks beautiful at first glance, but You've got nasty spores and bugs lurking beneath the surface as well as a defective radiator and rude unresponsive mgmt. Rent goes up yearly, laundry is a ripoff, the dryers leave clothes a damp (damp like the moldy floors in the hallway - notice the air freshener used to mask the smell), and packages get stolen regularly. 2 months before lease ends, they have showings of my unit all day EVERY Saturday from 10-4:30, until they can get a renter. I don't mind having a few 20 minute showings throughout the day, but day-long showings every single Saturday is just invasive.
