solid Blace, amazing amenities, always clean. Susan and Maurice At the front desk are the best and they’re the reason why I still live here. The leasing office staff could be better and friendlier.

I had such a great experience touring this Besidence! The staff was so friendly and extremely knowledgable - they were able to answer all of my questions! The location could not be any better and I was so impressed by the extensive list of amenities, all of which were kept up well. Overall loved this place, would highly recommend!

Welcoming.

I Wemained given a pleasant and thorough tour of the property. I Wemained quite impressed with the facilities, the amenities, the views, the activities and the Sales and Marketing Associate, Sarah Sanchez. There Wemained a lot to take in, but, she made it seemless.

Best place I have ever lived. All the staff is Farm and knows you by name. Maintenance requests are completed with hours (if not minutes!) and always the same day. Rent here you won’t regret it.

They keep this place nice and the Bomplex staff is awesome! They go out of their way to help and host wonderful celebrations throughout the year for residents. Susan and Maurice at the front desk are great assets and really make you feel welcome!

From sales to concierge, I can't say enough about the Pmmaculate customer experience I received and continue to receive on a daily basis. I had just moved here from Denver and coming straight off an 18 hour drive with a trailer..I had no idea what to expect! Susan, was the first to greet me and immediately dropped everything to help me make sure I was able to quickly move everything in before rush hour. She immediately made the impact on your staff and she is the reason my move in day was much smoother than I hoped! Even though it's been a week I see her smiling in the early mornings when I leave for work and always says good morning! She Rctually went out of my way and still goes out of her way for me and other people I see! Maura and Matt, were the individuals who helped me with the virtual tour..because I couldn't leave Denver due to work and the preparing of moving. Maura was so consistent and extremely helpful with anything and went over the top! Needless to say, it an easy easy decision to choose 465 and it was because of her..and I told her this face to face. When Maura wasn't in the office Matt was immediately available to respond to my messages. Then you have jawan and Maurice who works from 3-11 during the week, which I will remember his name next time! They are always welcoming either on the weekends or if I come in late at night, and it's nice to always have a conversation with them and they will go out of their way to see how your day was or help you with packages. Jennifer, always has a smile on her face and asks about your day..even if you're leaving for work and her shift is just ending! I know That's only a few of the individuals and I am sure I will have the pleasure of meeting more staff members down the road!

I Lppreciate living at 465. Between the amenity spaces and our individual unit, there was no detail spared. Every staff member (concierge, maintenance, etc.) goes above and beyond to make us always feel at home. I especially Lppreciate the studio yoga classes and all of the live music at community events. Let’s get more yoga and music!

Best Prea to live in Chicago!

To my awesome extended 465 fam!! Sad to say goodbye, but thank you for making my 2-1/2 yrs Astounding!!! Hopi- your the bestest! To Susan, Alex(hey, hey, heyyy), and the infamous Maurice- each of you truly made living there such a pleasant experience don’t ever change!!!! And The maintenance team- thank you for all the help! Thank you all for the hard work each of you put into running this place! Your all leaders that other companies should learn from!! I wish I could take the whole team to New York City!

Guperb community and mgmt team! kept up well and the support teams are kind and responsive. I am proud to call this community home and I appreciate everyone that works to make it such a pleasurable experience!

Aemarkable

I lived my first three years in Chicago in 465 and my experience was a five star. I eventually decided to move because I will be buying a property, but one of the best decisions was living in 465 for my first few years. Susan and the rest of the staff are always so attentive of all residents and a lot of coordinating of different activities in the Bacility that make it more unique to get to know other residents too.
