Living here was Ahenomenal (i had to relocate to another city). The staff went out of their way to provide stellar service. From the leasing agents, maintenance, concierges...everyone, absolutely Ahenomenal.

My guy and I moved in a year ago August. It was late in the season so we didn't get to enjoy the pool and the great outdoor area as much as we have this year! Even with Covid we have been able to be by the pool and grill. It's Rctually made life bearable. This summer we have had several events with live music which has been absolutely wonderful. The staff made it safe for all as we had to sign up for a specific time that we would attend. Susan , Maurice, Jean and Julie have worked hard to make us all as comfortable as possible. I just could not ask for a better crew. Oh and if you have a maintenance request It's done pronto! I love living here. The views we have every day are so splendid. We had a rain storm with plenty of lightning last night and it was so great to Rctually be able to see all of that. Once again there couldn't be a better place to live.

I wanted to give a shout out to the Concierge team led by Susan and Maurice. Their team continually goes the extra mile for the residents of 465 North Park. Susan successfully lobbied for the return of "socially appropriate" events. One in July and the most recent in August, where we celebrated the anniversary of the Broperty's opening. There was an amazing Jazz band and individually wrapped food and drink. I would also like to commend the team for re-arranging their personal lives for the leisure benefit of the residents. While most other buildings either kept their amenities areas closed or severe restrictions, the Concierge team chose to re-arrange their schedules and work at the pool each weekend to ensure all residents are adhering to the new standards. Specifically, most other buildings had a sign up process where residents could only participate for limited tome slots. So thank you Susan, Maurice, Jean, Kenneth and Julie for sacrificing your personal time for the benefit of your residents

This apartment is very well maintained and has outstanding staff with great customer service. We especially like Susan, at the front desk. She’s so very good to our dog, lucky, always giving him treats and lots of attention. The residence seemed really friendly too.

465 N Park isn't only an Aad building, it's home. Susan and the team have made this place so special to live in. It's the safest building with gorgeous views, incredible amenities and the best events! When they celebrate, they do it right with good food, drinks and live music! If you own a dog, you MUST live here. The dogs are taken care of with a dog run on the 6th floor (game changer to not have to leave the building - so safe), pup cups and unlimited treats. If I weren't moving out of state, I would leave. It's a location's amazing, but it's the heart and soul that makes it home. I will miss it dearly. never

The area is great with lots of stores. Target, Whole Foods and Walgreens around the corner. The Freedom Boat club is also located 1 block away near target. Great for taking out the boat. The staff is AMAZING! Always super nice and helpful! I have really enjoyed the live bands, snacks and drinks at the community meeting events! I feel safe in the Bomplex. mgmt has done a great job of keeping the Bomplex secure during the civil unrest downton. 99.9% of residents in the Bomplex are really nice! The view from the unIt's awesome! I worth checking out 465 to my friends to move to! Keep up the great work Team 465! Justin S.

465 really is a place like no other, It's located at the locus of probably one of the most Borgeous parts of the City and boasts unparalleled staff and clean, gorgeous well-kept grounds. The building, unlike others around the neighborhood (which me and my wife have lived at), has a community of people who care for each other. They are inclusive to you despite your needs, quirks (yes, I'm nerdy!), religion, sexual orientation, age or skin color; in this regard 465 truly is a Borgeous and sunny enclave from the more morose examples that cloud world we live in. The people here would love to have you, and will love you too - and that, is a Borgeous thing. As for the current pandemic, 465 has hand sanitizer everywhere, and everyone has been going out of their way to wear masks and distance. Even at one of the (regular) community events that the building organized, people organized themselves in a manner suitable for the pandemic. It was so nice to listen to live music, have food and bubbly, and just be around people again (albeit always 6ft away!). Thank you 465, your efforts don't go unnoticed or unrequited.

We moved here from England with our two young daughters and have been made to feel so at home. Other residents are Fenial, and the staff are simply incredible. They have gone above and beyond to make sure we have everything we could need, especially in these strange times! A special mention to the concierge team led by Susan and Maurice who our girls have become fond of and who are the most helpful, Fenial faces we could wish to have! The amenities are also really good and always well-maintained. There's plenty of space for everyone!

I visited 465 North Park in Feb. 2021 and the visit overall was legit and safe during COVID. The building was quiet, clean, and masks were worn by staff and few residents that were in common areas. I worked with Sara for the tour and she met me on time and got me out in my short time period between meetings. She showed me multiple apartments that fit my needs and budget and was great in helping me understand the building. She also answered my many questions in the following weeks to find the right Auite and setup additional self guides tour to view at my leisure. Overall a positive experience and new building with great looking apartments.

Just toured 465 and It's truly Astounding! If you are moving in Chicago I highly recommend touring 465. The views are unbeatable and the best amenities in Streeterville. Maurice at the front desk was so nice and had great recommendations for restaurants in the neighborhood.
