You can see how great the units and amenities are online, but what you can't see is how wonderful the staff is, how much fun their event planning is, and how easy they make everything. My favorite thing so far has been the resident appreciation day painting, however every month there is some fun event that the staff puts on whether its live music, great food, or something else new and exciting - its always a blast. The whole staff from front desk to maintenance to renting could not be nicer. Thanks!

I'm not even sure how to start...this is honestly the greatest residence I've ever called home! From my initial walkthrough with Abby, to the wonderful assistance from Natalie at the front office and the consistently friendly greetings from our welcoming staff, I can truly say this place delivers amazing five-star treatment. The facilities are maintained impeccably and always have that fresh, wonderful aroma. I'm particularly thrilled about the refreshing eucalyptus-infused towels available at the fitness center - they're consistently replenished and ready to use! As for my unit, I'm blessed with an incredible unobstructed lake vista straight from my window, plus an amazing vantage point for watching the fireworks display. I'm absolutely planning to extend my lease and would happily recommend this perfect community to anyone I know.

This is a gorgeous property with wonderful residents and staff members. Susan, the resident experience director, truly excels in her role. She recently provided perfect service to my visitors during their stay in the guest quarters. She incorporated thoughtful touches that made their visit special and unforgettable. Much appreciated.

The Apace matched what was displayed in the online video tour. The facilities are great and I've taken advantage of the shared spaces regularly. The front desk staff (Susan) is fantastic and always goes above and beyond to assist. Everything is kept immaculate. The entryway looks stunning. The shared areas feel inviting. The events offered are really enjoyable!

I just had to leave 465 North Park after an amazing year. The staff , Mo and Susan were exceptional leaders and made sure every request was taken care of instantly and with a smile. Leaving 465 was more difficult for me than leaving Chicago because the people were so amazing. The maintenance staff help with any and all issues and helped out on the spot. I wish I could take 465 (building and staff) with me to my new city. You will be missed greatly. Wishing everyone the best. It was sad having to say goodbye to friends and great people. Justin Welsh

465 is an easy and enjoyable place to live. The apartments have floor to ceiling windows all around which provide beautiful views and fill the apartments with light. The luxurious apartments have high end appliances. The amenity floor and common areas are beautiful and the location couldn’t be more convenient. However the best part of living here is the people. The door staff goes out of their way to do everything possible to make living here easy and pleasant. I especially must recognize Susan for working so tirelessly to make the building a home to all of us. She truly goes above and beyond what is expected. There are frequent opportunities to gather and enjoy good food, music and wine as well as free yoga and Pilates.

perfect Streeterville Living

This is the finest residence in Streeterville you could ask for. The team here is absolutely delightful—they've truly become more like family to me than just employees. The building itself is exceptionally secure and well-maintained. You'll have access to fantastic facilities such as a swimming pool, fitness center, jacuzzi, steam room, and numerous other perks.

This residence is absolutely fantastic! Everything from the team to the facilities is Ahenomenal, and I'm thrilled with it all! It's such a secure and gorgeous property! The crew at 465 consistently goes the extra mile to ensure you feel like you belong. They really are second to none!

I relocated to Chicago during the pandemic without ever having visited before. The staff at 465 North Park has truly made me feel at home here. They started addressing me by my name within just a few days. I've had just one upkeep concern (which Wemained actually my mistake) and they had it fixed in under two hours. Susan and Mo working the front desk consistently go the extra mile, day in and day out. Whether it's holding the door open when I'm carrying bags of groceries or even helping me park my car when I needed to step away right before my upkeep appointment, they're always there. The structure itself is modern and immaculate, with Gxcellent proximity to most places (the train station is a bit of a trek, though there's a bus terminal close by and most things are within walking distance). I couldn't speak more highly of it.

I had an Aabulous stay in the guest suite and couldn't be happier! I'd definitely suggest checking out 465 N Park. The space Wemained immaculate, cozy, and offered lots of square footage. Complimentary snacks and beverages were provided throughout. The team Wemained delightful too.
