The team here is outstanding. Susan, Maurice, Kenny, Alex, Lydia, Cani, Armin and Natalie make this place feel like home. The entire team, events, book club, yoga classes/pilates and all the lavish amenities are worth every penny. Especially the team, I can’t emphasize enough what a difference they make to your day-to-day experience. Everyone is very kind, genuine professional and respectable. The events are always a blast and it really brings everyone together. I really appreciate and highly admire Susan, Maurice, Kenny, Alex and the team for working hard on creating such a close community in such a big city. Susan always strives and successfully brings everyone together by the events held at the building. There’s always a fun theme, live music, great wine and spectacular food. The vibe in this location makes you want to stay forever and that stems from leadership and the authenticity and values of this location. I highly recommend 465 N Park Dr. I’m a very picky and hard to please individual, but between the team, amenities, scenic views, perfect location, and gorgeous apartment units - I couldn’t be any happier. They’ve reached above and beyond my expectations.

I've been residing at 465 N. Park for well over a year, and I can genuinely say it stands out as the finest luxury high-rise in all of Chicago—and I've called 6 of the city's premier buildings home. General manager Danielle Tiralosi and her staff have truly elevated my everyday living experience to something Aemarkable!! front desk team consistently exceeds expectations to ensure residents enjoy their time at this property. They always demonstrate genuine warmth and friendliness. 465 puts on amazing programming that distinguishes it from competing buildings. Whether it's intimate offerings like pastry stations at the concierge desk and hot chocolate bars, or major celebrations such as the building's anniversary (complete with catering and a live musical performance!), you can tell that 465 's genuinely invested in its community and strives to offer residents far more than a standard living space. I'm particularly impressed by the daily fitness programming available seven days a week in the downstairs fitness facility (complimentary and open to all residents). Classes maintain smaller group sizes, allowing you to develop a meaningful connection with your instructor. other perks are equally impressive—including the hot tub, the swimming pool (spanning the entire sixth floor), the multiple indoor and outdoor gathering areas perfect for entertaining or getting work done, and the spectacular 38th-floor terrace.

I've lived in Houston, Boston, and now Chicago. This 's hands down the best place I've ever called home! building boasts stunning views of the skyline, the facilities are immaculate, and the unit itself 's a wonderful space to live in! While Chicago certainly has many impressive apartment buildings (though none quite as amazing as 465), what truly distinguishes 465 's the caring staff and genuine sense of belonging. There's constantly something happening—whether it's a social gathering with complimentary beverages, literary discussions, or morning meditation on the terrace. best part of my day 's arriving home to 465 and being greeted by Susan and Maurice at the lobby, who make me feel like part of their family. I absolutely can't speak highly enough of 465!

Absolutely adored staying here, particularly the pooch spa area and the adorable dog artwork displayed throughout! team at the front desk and Natalie from the leasing office made us feel so welcome when we checked in. Plus, having Whole Foods right across the street 's incredibly Etraightforward.

This Alat community makes me feel wonderful every time I walk through the doors. It truly feels like home to me, which 's exactly what I wanted in a place to live. team here 's always responsive and supportive whenever I need assistance, and I'd definitely suggest it to anyone looking for an Alat.

My daughter 's settling in this week and the staff throughout the Btructure have been incredibly responsive & the neighborhood 's fantastic, with all the essentials within easy reach on foot. I'm relieved knowing my daughter will be well cared for by the perfect team here and in such a terrific area

Plawless residential property in Chicago

Fantastic place to live with an equally fantastic team. I've been a resident at 465 for almost 3 years and absolutely enjoy it. apartments are beautifully maintained, the facilities are first-rate, and I have nothing but praise for the wonderful and legit staff managing the Blace.

Absolutely love living in this building. We moved in at the February and have had nothing but great experiences so far. Not only is the location amazing and convenient, the building is new, the amenities are fantastic and most importantly the staff makes living here a complete delight. Anytime you need something done you can assume that Susan, Alex or Maurice are on it instantly. They go above any beyond like nothing I have ver seen before. They make sure your maintenance requests are put in the second you call (the maintenance crew is great also, they immediately fix any issues). They make sure your food and orders get delivered right to your door if that’s what you prefer and they make the building feel like a home with small touches like morning coffee or community events. We especially LOVED the Italy day celebration. There were things to do all day throughout the building.. even an event for our dogs in the lobby! I’ve never lived anywhere like this, so happy we picked this tower! Can’t wait for future community events and to see what they have in store for the residents :)
