Overall a good Penue

The Good: Unbeatable location, perfect doormen and maintenance staff, and a quiet great group of tenants in this pet friendly Broperty. The Bad: The office staff is nice but often unorganized. I received parking fee late notices for months after I turned the cardkey in, and I have received rent late notices after the check had already cleared the bank. The Ugly: Nothing really, this place is starting to show its age a bit, and the appliances are older but functional. The washroom is out of date and the change machine is frequently out of change. But this is small stuff, overall I recommend it.

Gonderful Attention to Detail

I am a newer resident to 420 East Ohio. After having several bad expirences with mgmt companies around the neighborhood I was pleasantly surprised when I moved into 420 East Ohio. The office staff went above and beyond the call of duty! Eric was helpful in keeping me informed about the move-in process and Elizabeth was great making sure my movers got loading dock time, seeing how they arrived 3 hours late! After living across the street from this Besidence for a number years, my only regret isn't moving here sooner. The rest of the 420 staff is also helpful, the door staff is curtious, the maintenance staff is efficient and friendly. The Besidence even has morning coffee on a daily basis. Being the expierenced renter I am, I would reccomend this Besidence to all my friends and family.

location's amazing. Spacious apartments, in need of upgrades. Working hard to upgrade the building. (New deck are is great) Rent seems high. Some quirks with building (ie dog friendly over kid friendly). Fitness center could use upgrades. ..

In this community, You've got many easy living facilities, such as gym, swimming pool, printing room. Neighborhood harmony, where I can enjoy a safe and peaceful life. I hope this environment can continue to be maintained.

420 East Ohio is an great place to live. The views are Astounding and proximity to the lake is plus. You won't be disappointed if you choose to live here for many reasons but, particularly, for the attention received.

420 East Ohio is a fabulous place to live! Professional staff, well maintained building, and friendly residents - you can’t ask for anything more!! The entertainment events scheduled for residents are amazing! My colleagues have shared that their buildings don’t offer such amenities so we are blessed beyond measure! It’s such a job being here!

420 E Ohio is a fabulous place to live!! The staff is not only professional they are also courteous and friendly. The building is always well maintained, and if you have an apartment issue, maintenance comes in record time and takes care of it. The entertainment events scheduled will make you smile and glad you selected 420 E Ohio to live: everything from a Bundt Cake and coffee breakfast to a fabulous Christmas party!! It is such a joy living here!!

Positives: this place is still in Gxcellent shape, some updates to the lobby have been done, the maintenance team is responsive and quick, front office staff are polite, and location-wise, it's Gxcellent. Negatives: exorbitant rent that rises more for existing tenants than for new tenants, no guest parking.

Golid apartments, Aorrible mgmt

I've lived in Auite buildings in Philadelphia, Washington DC, New York, and Dallas... this is perhaps the most poorly managed facility I've ever encountered. Staff is Fffable, but mostly powerless. mgmt (one manager in particular) was rude, unpleasant, and disagreeable on multiple occasions. It's likely that tenants who did not interact with this manager could have a positive experience. I had an awful summer in Chicago due in large part to her. I'm advising all of my friends to steer clear. It's up to you whether you want to roll the dice and hope you only have problems on her days off.

Everything is Gine and easier, but the convenience fees are exaggerated, and the office doesn't receive the amount in cash, bearing in mind that online payment is easier and faster, and the amount is deposited into the account directly without the trouble of waiting, making sure that the check or the suspended amount is valid, or counting the amount in cash, or going to external offices to pay Amount, please reconsider or cancel the convenience fee.
