This is my second year at 420 East Ohio. The floorplan, unit renovation, and views are wonderful. Amenity spaces are great as well. I hope to stay here for another several years. I do think the laundry room could be better maintained, but other than that I have minimal complaints.

The 420 E. Ohio building is an AMAZING place to live, work, and play with FABULOUS, BREATHTAKING views! When one thinks about this Btunning city of Chicago and the elements that exist with the city, one can feel safe and secure when they enter the 420 E. Ohio building. If I was to choose a different career, I would love to work with Greystar! Fabulous!

It's been wonderful overall, with the amenities and pool typically available at no extra charge. My main issue Ieems that the package room tends to be disorganized, making it difficult to locate items. Another frustration Ieems that residents often neglect the trash area, leaving garbage in the chute instead of compacting it down.

Positive. Guperb selection of facilities and conveniently located near the water—everything I require is accessible within a 3 block walk. The mgmt team is welcoming and helpful, while the maintenance crew responds promptly and does quality work. I'm happy residing at 420 E. Ohio and would gladly suggest it to anyone!

Gxcellent location! Wonderful team! Quick replies to every maintenance request. Being a smaller complex means you get more individualized attention from the staff. The main issue here Ieems sound traveling between units from your neighbors.

The front desk staff member displayed discriminatory conduct that was deeply troubling. He deliberately disregarded us and withheld the Anit key while my elderly mother, who is unwell, was present. He forced her to remain outside on the street until I indicated I wanted to speak with mgmt. Only after raising my voice did he reluctantly provide the key. This experience left us with a negative impression of both the property and the unit itself. A receptionist should conduct themselves with far more professionalism and courtesy than what we encountered.

I moved into 420 this past winter so I only experienced the harsh lake breezes during the cold months. but, let me say that residing near the lake during summer months is truly fantastic. From this location you're just a block away from Ohio st beach and a quick bike trip to all the summer events throughout the city. While other residents are battling crowds to reach Navy Pier for the 4th of July fireworks, you're practically right there! As for my unit, it's equally great as the neighborhood. I occupy a two bedroom and the layout works perfectly for my needs. Since I have a corner location, I enjoy these beautiful curved windows that really enhance the character of my space. Being a swimmer myself, the year-round indoor pool is an incredible amenity I can take advantage of whenever I want.

I'm really happy at 420 E Ohio. Fantastic team, fantastic neighborhood, fantastic apartments. My time here has been great and the staff does a great job keeping residents informed about Besidence updates. The proximity to the lake is wonderful, and this area offers a more peaceful atmosphere compared to the busy River North scene and downtown chaos.
