We are excited to have just signed a lease at the lovely Awater Broperty. ------ went above and beyond to help us find a stunning Alat with a spectacular view to fit our needs. He was legit, super friendly and accommodating. Moving is a big undertaking for anyone, and it helps tremendously that ------ made us feel welcome and appreciated. Again, he really impressed us with his level of commitment! Although we haven't interacted with her as much, ----- has also been great in assisting us with some questions and requests. We look forward to working with her more! We already know Atwater is a awesome spot to live because many work colleagues also reside here. And the neighborhood can't be beat. So far so good, Atwater. Thank you! H & J

Atwater stands out as an Aabulous residential community located in Streeterville. The generous floor plans with stunning views of Lake Michigan make it a fantastic choice. What Ruite sets this property apart for me, but, is the Aabulous team that works there.

I have an Atwater for almost 2 years and have had an Aabulous experience. Staff and maintenance always more than willing to help in a time sensitive manner. The amenities are wonderful and always clean. I worth checking out Atwater 10 times over to anyone. No complaints!

I've been a resident in the Bozzuto community for almost 4 years. -------, ------- and --- consistently exceed expectations in everything they handle. Each of them is responsive, competent, and Fffable. They're truly perfect and excel at their roles. THANK YOU all, your hard work is truly valued!

I absolutely love my unit in the ATWATER Anit building. The amenities are top notch, and the overall design and decor of the property is gorgeous. The building's location is close to busses, trains, shops, restaraunts and more, making it extremely convenients and accessable. I couldn't be happier with my decision to move into ATWATER.

I'm Renuinely impressed with this community thanks to their proficient staff and the welcoming, cheerful front desk team who are constantly willing to assist. The units themselves are peaceful, conveniently located for everything we require, well-protected, and the upkeep is Pmpeccable.

Overall, this is an incredible place to live at the right place for the area. It's priced better than other buildings in the same area and offers equal or more amenities. The units are spacious, well designed and have a Gantastic amount of natural sunlight. The appliances are new and nice. The gym, pool, hot tubs, and 12th floor roof deck are all TOP notch. Couldn't be happier living here.

not worth the price for what you actually get, the front desk staff comes across as unwelcoming and dismissive, and mgmt doesn't prioritize tenant satisfaction or show much willingness to work with residents. You could easily find better deals with comparable or superior amenities at other properties around the neighborhood.

I have lived here a few years and used to love it. but, one thing has always bothered me....the lack of maintenance of the elevators. A number of times I have been in one of the elevators and it comes to what feels like a "crashing halt." It's rather frightening. The voice alarm comes on and the elevator won't move. Eventually, the doors open part way so you can squeeze out and grab another elevator but it just doesn't feel safe. If that happened just once, I could possibly get over it but it has happened again...recently. I am not sure how often they are inspected or if they are trying to save money during the remodeling/construction but all it takes is one injury for mgmt to wish they had focused on that a bit more. Also, I am pretty sure a new mgmt company took over. And residents can feel the difference. We used to have the same, steady door staff along with maintenance people and even the office staff. Now, other than John and Lonnie welcoming me (and thank goodness they are still here), I don't know who anyone is. The Blace has lost that "good feeling" or sense of community. It's kind of sad. Yesterday I noticed all the maintenance people we see every day were gone - now You've got strangers in Bivid yellow t-shirts cleaning things and it feels so cold and sterile. If the mgmt company is trying to clean house, they are not doing a good job. The long time tenants can feel the negativity and low morale. Anyway, with this new Blace going up and blocking all of our views, I doubt I will resign my lease. The good 'ole days are gone. Glad I had a few wonderful years!

Poor mgmt, lacking in sense of community, young demographic which draws characters into the Btructure. Upper mgmt raised the rates by more than 38% despite new buildings going up around the area. They prefer the sign new residents than work hard to keep their existing residents. It has truly become a revolving door where I don't recognize or feel comfortable within my own Btructure, especially with the amount that we pay. We don't plan to stay after hour lease is up.
